4-Star Hotels in Luang Prabang Province, Laos

This hotel left a deep impression on me! The price-performance ratio is very high, the room facilities are complete, the bedding is clean and soft, and it is very comfortable to stay. The location is excellent, and the surrounding transportation and shopping are very convenient. The service is impeccable, warm and thoughtful, and it also provides free luggage storage service, which is very considerate!

-The staffs are very friendly. Even though English is not their first language, they utilize translation app and enjoy the conversation with the guests. Very open-minded. -The room is super clean. -The location is a bit away from the historical area (30mins+ on foot) but you can enjoy the local life along the way to the area. It was my first trip to Laos, and only for two days, but it became a very pleasant stay. Would love to visit again.

The antique-themed hotel was very relaxing. Also, we were able to rent bicycles, so we could go to many different places, which was very satisfying. The cocktails were also delicious.

I love this big swimming pool so much. It's so comfortable to lie on the chair at night. I like the quietness here, away from the hustle and bustle of the night market. A bowl of hot noodle soup in the morning is still a very good experience. Time is tight this time, and I will bring my family to experience it next time. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic to help take the luggage to the room. The front desk staff can speak Chinese and solve my language concerns. It is a hotel with super cost-effectiveness. I recommend everyone to give it a try. It is exotic and trendy, very suitable for taking children on vacation.

The room is very good, the traffic to go to the foreigner street to go around, not so convenient, the service is very good, the manager English is great, the breakfast is very exquisite and delicious, there are bicycles in the store to borrow out.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff.  Bedroom and bathroom really good.    Staff were fantastic.   What we didn’t like was the extremely slow WiFi 1,7 mbps is just not acceptable in these days and age.  No iron or laundry facilities , breakfast was more than average offering Vietnamese dishes instead of Lao, very disappointing.  We checked out after 1 night when we had booked 6.

Not much to say, which is rather positive. As advertised. The location was convenient without being crowded. The hotel itself was charming and relaxing. The restaurant offered a good mix of options with a wide range of affordable local dishes and some western alternatives. Both were good choices. The cleaning staff were efficient. And the service was great. There was always someone available to help, happily. The spa was surprisingly cheap for an in-house spa, but still maintained standards across the board. The shuttle, which never required any waiting time, was useful. I guess there was a bit to say, all positive. Would comfortably recommend.

The location should be the best in Yangren Street. It is right on the main street, which is very convenient for eating and drinking, and it is also nice to take pictures. The only problem is that the room is not soundproof because it is made of wood. If you want to watch Bushi, this hotel is the most convenient. You can watch it at the door of the hotel. Breakfast is ordered and it is delicious. If you want quietness, Sofitel will be better.

This is an absolute treasure hotel, you can just enter with your eyes closed. When we brought our kids to Luang Prabang, our route was to walk from the hotel to Mount Phousi for 15 minutes, go up and down the mountain to see the Grand Palace, eat at Foreigner Street, and go back to the hotel after visiting the night market. A seven-year-old could easily walk that route. The hotel is newly renovated, the swimming pool is beautiful, and the staff are friendly, enthusiastic, positive and patient. A few suggestions, the breakfast is a little simple, but it does not affect the praise of the hotel
