Not very good area: On one side of the sights, on the other side there is no good cafe near, to pleasant walking places to go 5 minutes. There is no teapot in the hotel. But there is tea and coffee on the receptacle. Terrace with a restaurant and good view. The view from the room was in the inner courtyard. Warning staff. Cosy common area

Among the four-star hotels in Morocco, this is the most suitable hotel with star standards and services. It is highly recommended.
The front desk service is considerate, and the doorman will also provide inquiry services enthusiastically.
The furniture in the room is old, but not shabby, and the facilities are quite complete. The bed is too small, the bedding is not comfortable enough, too big, mopping the floor...
The overall hygiene also needs a little improvement...

Facilities: The exterior of the hotel is old, but the interior is very new. The downside is that the room has been repainted recently, the taste is still a bit heavy, and the hot water supply is unstable.
Hygienic: The sanitation is very quiet and tidy, making people comfortable.
Environment: The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are big shopping malls and Chinese restaurants next to it, about 10 minutes drive from the old city, 15 minutes by tram.
Service: The service staff is very enthusiastic, and there is a 24-hour security guard to help see the car, very professional and friendly.

The location of the hotel is close to Rabat city station and tram, very convenient, and the front desk service is good and helpful. But there was no electricity in the room, so I asked the waiter to deal with it for a while, and the electricity was cut off again at night. We did not use any electrical appliances in the room from start to finish. Bad experience. The water pressure in the hotel bath is great! This is very commendable!

The room is limited to the building area and some passages are relatively narrow. There are few varieties of breakfast fruit, it is recommended to eat early. The rain room has no water block or curtain, which is inconvenient. The basement gym is limited in height and small in size.

TTravelor-SWhen we went there, there were no rooms available. Five people booked two rooms, but we were told that there was only one room. This hotel was closer to the old town, and we were later arranged to move to another hotel, which was newly renovated, with a strong formaldehyde smell and a broken elevator. But the balcony of the new hotel was super big, and we could see the sunset and sunrise. We just stayed there.

BBEIPositive: The hotel is located in the old city. It is a typical Moroccan architecture. Almost all the sights are within walking distance. The staff are very kind (except for the hotel manager, the rest of the staff basically only speak Arabic or French). The breakfast is very rich, but the omelette must be specially asked to the staff, otherwise it will not be provided automatically.
Negative: Can be ignored.
