Service was excellent, and my request for a high floor was fulfilled. However, I was disappointed to find not one, but two stains on the toilet bowl. To be sure they weren’t just old marks, I personally wiped one of them — and unfortunately, it came off, proving it was not permanent. I contacted the lobby staff, and they promptly arranged for someone to take a look. Initially, I was told it was an old stain, but after I explained what I did, the staff member tried cleaning it as well, and the stain came off. This left me feeling uncomfortable, especially since the cleaning cloth used had also touched the inside of the toilet bowl.

My husband & I had a great time here! The check in & check out process were smooth and we felt grateful because we got the complimentary cake from the hotel for our wedding anniversary! Such a cute gesture ☺️ (btw I called the hotel a few days earlier to ask them whether we could get a complimentary cake or not) Breakfast buffet was also good because you got to choose variety of food and not just regular Malaysian breakfast like nasi lemak or roti canai but they also served Chinese & Arabic foods for breakfast! Will definitely repeat my stay at this hotel!

We had a pleasant stay overall, but a few small things made it a bit less comfortable than it could have been. The room itself was lovely—very spacious, with a clean and simple design. All the basic amenities were there and well-arranged. However, we did run into a few issues. For starters, we couldn't find any chopsticks, which made eating noodles a bit tricky. It was also inconvenient that there was only one small bowl provided, which isn't ideal for two people. On top of that, we were surprised to find no toilet paper in the bathroom. Regarding the location, it's great that the hotel is so close to major shopping centers like 3 Damansara and 1 Utama. However, getting there was a challenge. The surrounding roads are very confusing, with many intersections, and our navigation app didn't always get us to the right place.

Breakfast spread was quite good for the price of the room. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was superb. Called recep at around 11pm for 2 bottles of water and 2 extra towels and they delivered them in less than 3 minutes. The towels were warm too! Will definitely return if I have an event in the vicinity. Shoutout to Dhillip (not sure if spelt correctly) for ensuring a swift check-in process!

Stayed for 1 night with the golf view and certainly will repeat again! Loved the overall hotel’s interior as it was refreshing and lit up a fun mood or vibe i would say. The golf view made it even better especially during the day, it made me feel relaxed as the view from my hotel room was beautiful. Overall, very recommended 10/10 !

The hotel maintains a high standard of hygiene ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment. Directly linked to Setia City Mall, offering easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment. Excellent choice for families, convenient and comfortable stay. We will definitely stay there again...

I recently stayed at Armada Hotel Petaling Jaya for one night in preparation for our wedding reception the following day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, which gave us enough space to relax and get ready without feeling cramped. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, making our short stay stress-free. Considering the size of the room and the convenience of the location, the price was very reasonable. We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Petaling Jaya.

I stayed for one night in the Studio Executive room and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable for a short stay. The bed was cozy and the atmosphere was peaceful. What stood out most was the air-conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the room very cold, which was perfect for a good night’s rest. The hotel is conveniently located within the DPulze Shopping Centre, making it easy to find food, essentials, or just walk around without needing to go far. Overall, this was a pleasant and worthwhile stay. I’d definitely consider coming back for future visits. Highly recommended for solo travellers or couples looking for a simple and relaxing place to stay.
