4-Star Hotels in Panama Province, Panama

The staff was responsive when I made requests (none were unreasonable or outrageous). Room had a refrigerator, safe, iron and good storage. The furniture was comfortable. I’ve come to Panama City 4 times in the last 6 months. It’s not the best hotel I’ve stayed in or the worst at the same price range. Everything has benefits or detriments. It just depends on what you like. It is in the El Congrejo area but only a block away from the busiest section so it is not loud while still being convenient.

This is a great hotel with a wonderful people that always try to help It is a hotel where they make you feel like family. All the staff treat you very kindly and try to make your stay very pleasant. Thank you Karen, Isis (in reception) and Laura (housekeeping) who were always attentive to our requests. It is a great hotel with excellent service and everything is close. You can walk and in a few minutes find what you are looking for The truth is that I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was in a good location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. The breakfast was good, every day there were different hot food choices. The pool was small but my kids still enjoyed their time swimming and playing in the pool. The room was a good size and the two queen sized beds were comfortable.

It started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card. We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service. We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe. I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable.

We had to make a quick stop in the city for some paperwork and did hotel offered a good price. We noticed that the hotel is very old and many things in the room were not working or closing properly. The TV didn’t work. We had 3 small kids so we were very stressed the whole time. I don’t recommend for families. The breakfast buffet was ok, it didn’t offer many options. The front desk was very kind and helpful though.

The convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the airport is always the highlight for this hotel. The breakfast was perfect too with a wide range of options and the most polite and accommodating staff at the restaurant area! The room wasn’t very clean but it is spacious.

Very nice hotel, centrally located, good atmosphere if you are looking to relax and disconnect for a while… the food is very delicious

Facilities: Good Hygiene: Excellent Environment: Clean Service: Very good A must-have for business trips, and it is very close to the exhibition hall! Very good👍 It is indeed a good choice for business trips to Panama And the platform service is also excellent!

Stay was really enjoyable, hotel was great, no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely book with Mariott again
