The hotel is located in Xincheng, with a very good surrounding environment. Listed as a five-star hotel, everything from accommodation to breakfast is excellent. It is worthy of being a hotel for conferences along the Belt and Road. The rooms have Chinese sockets and supplies are in Chinese. You can watch the sunset from the canal view room. Breakfast is very exquisite. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the city. Taking a taxi from Yandex to the city costs about 20,000 soums. There is no swimming pool.
The new hotel is clean and quiet. There is floor heating. The bathroom equipment is imported from China. The air conditioner switch is on the wall of the wine cabinet. The other wall panel is not adjusted. It is a bit puzzling. The curtains are too high. There is no electric control. The pull is not strict and the light leaks. Service attitude is very good. Breakfast is delicious. There is only atm in the lobby without manual exchange. Manual money to go to the opposite Hilton Hotel. The exchange rate is the same as the airport (Hilton has two, not Hilton garden inn)
This hotel is amazing! This is my favorite hotel on this trip. The swimming pool is nice. The restaurant on the first floor is also nice. There is also ice cream. I am not used to the food in Uzbekistan. I eat pasta, pizza and salad in the restaurant every day. It is so cool. The room is very comfortable. It is also convenient to take a taxi. Highly recommended
I stayed in a room with a view of the rowing canal. 6th floor. Room 2616. Gorgeous view. You look at the water, rowers training - it's like meditation. A walk along the canal and to the Eternal City also brought great pleasure. I used the free shuttle to the city. To Registan Square. Fast. Quite convenient
Unfortunately, due to being busy, I was unable to appreciate all the advantages of the tourist complex, visit the spa, pool and sky bar. But maybe next time.
I would like to separately note the work of the reception. They helped with all issues. Shahzu helped connect a laptop to the wf.
At first, there were doubts about choosing a hotel, due to the distance from the city center. But in the end, I was very pleased. Thank you. The most pleasant impressions remained.
It is a really cost effective, impressive, super clean, womderful view hotel that has great services. I do recomment this hotel to you if you have a car. Nearby there is ”eternity city”, a beautiful lake that you can walk around and enjoy the cool night wind.
The hotel is located in the ”Silk Road” complex. There is an artificial river and a large green space in front of the gate. The environment is beautiful and quiet. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and professional. They helped us book a taxi to the airport at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. Our room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was very fresh and rich, and the Western dinner dishes were good in style and taste.
I was there off-season on March 8. There weren't many people in the hotel, the rooms were clean and tidy. There weren't enough robes in the room and I would have added something moisturizing for the body (cream) to the cosmetic set. A corkscrew and glasses. Overall, I recommend it, including using the spa area. There was no one there off-season, which is how I like it)
It was fantastic! Starting with an impressive facade, taxi from the airport. Room delight! Clean! Excellent cleaning! Comfortable beds! Room is very bright, lots of mirrors! Everything works. Great breakfast! Special thanks for the extension of the room. I wish the hotel further prosperity. So keep! Very polite and responsive staff, cheerful hospitality. The magic tale of Samarkanda!
We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels.
The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable.
This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.
[Luxurious stay in Samarkand]
This hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from Registan Square in Samarkand, and it seems that a wedding hall for locals is also located next door. The luxurious interior matches that, and the lobby entrance raises your expectations for your stay.
One of the hotel staff spoke a little Japanese, and although he spoke broken Japanese, he greeted me kindly with a ”hello.”
The room had an elegant atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable. In addition, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and was very satisfying and delicious!

LLuoleibinA good choice, but the hotel didn't remind me to check in 2 hours early and I had to pay $40! **** didn't say a word, ”Wait a minute, now it's double the price.” Just take the money and stop talking. Speechless 😓, the breakfast is really great, I have to say more about the good stuff.

JJiaojiaoThe correspondence between the men at the front desk and the young women was smiling, and it was easy to consult about problems. The interior of the hotel was very nice. Located 20 〜 30 minutes walk from Registan Square and Shahzinda, there was no inconvenience in moving because you can call a taxi conveniently by yangdex go.
I would like to use it next time.

CChristianSkasThe location is in good surroundings, but somewhat beyond the tourist attractions. To register you run for a short 30 minutes. However, taxis in Samarkand are very cheap (approximately 1 dollar from hotel to register, 2 dollars to airport). The equipment of our room is new, modern and good. Confortable beds, large TV device, the bathroom small but with beautiful rain shower. Breakfast in the form of a buffet. Besides local specialities there were also fresh potatoes and melons. In total we can recommend the hotel.
Negative aspects: At the check-in, we were first intended to give us a standard room without windows instead of a room of the booked, higher category. In the room the sliding door of the shower was broken and replaced by a process. In addition, the hotel internet was not working on the complete second night.
