Room amenities were great. Room was clean and shampoo/ shower gel provided were of great scent. I particularly like their fitness centre and sauna/ steam room, which provided great relaxation to guests. Staff were nice and provided great service.

I recently stayed at the Millennium was impressed by its great location and excellent service. The staff and environment here are much better compared to the Millennium property in downtown Dubai, making it a more pleasant experience overall.
The only drawback was the curtains in the room—they couldn’t fully close in the middle, allowing light to seep in every morning, which acted as an unintended wake-up call.
If they can resolve this minor issue, it would make the stay perfect. Regardless, it’s a fantastic option in Abu Dhabi and one I’d recommend.

Was a very nice experience, my first hotel, the room, the food, reception and waiters from the italian and belgian restaurant very attentive and pacient. Just one advise, if i'm taking my breakfast and i leave the coffee in the table, don't take it if the personal just see me get in to the buffet 5 minutes ago. Just that. Thank you so much

Had a bad start (due to flight rescheduled and hotel didn’t allow to amend / push date by a day). They decide it will no show, even though I have airline documents to support. full Paid and didn’t allow to recourse at all. We called hotel earlier thrice but time difference stating the reservation office open later hours. Total disappointment.
I took it with stride and do another booking at same hotel for 2 nights. It was extreme costly.
Nevertheless, book 2 days (later) in this new booking for exhibition. They got me upgraded into a one room apartment style.
Hotel location is good with Mall -link at level 3.
The roof top pool was small and open air (good to have sun UV), but i prefer under shade. Pool life guard was friendly and constant at watch with kids playing there.
Breakfast was excellent and wife enjoyed.
Given much choice hotels and this bad experiencing, sadly will not stay here again.
I giving this better rating due to staffs which they did well. Just poor manager who could have dealt better with customer relationship.
Booked a superior room with city view and had a free upgrade to luxury room with sea view which made our stay more special. Staff were very nice especially Ms. Allen in the reception. The room was so clean. Many options for breakfast. Location within the city center. We had a great stay.
Although it is a bit far from Dubai and takes a 40-minute boat ride, everything is worth it from the moment we get on the island!
From the moment we arrived at the dock, we were warmly received and taken care of by every staff member. Each of them was smiling, polite, and very nice to the children. The luggage starts from the dock and is sent to your room, so don't worry.
This island is the private island of the former king, and the more than 10,000 animals on it were also bought by the king. It was really great to experience safari at 6:30 in the morning. I couldn't go to Africa for the time being, so I pretended to be in Africa. Our guide was super good and helped us introduce it all the way. I was lucky to see a group of giraffes, with 30 or 40 of them. He said it was not seen every day.
Breakfast is ordered, the product is great, and we had breakfast in the woods. When we were almost done, various animals came to eat, and the children were very happy.
The swimming pool is heated, which is good, and there are small animals everywhere around. It's really a different experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel's ambiance is charming and welcoming. The room was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated. The bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep.
Stepping into the resort felt like going into an Arabian castle, and the resort staff did not disappoint. Top notch service by everyone from check in to buggy drivers to wait staff and activity guides. Breakfast was excellent, very wide selection and very good quality. The only reason for my 3 rating was due to the food options outside of breakfast. Given that there’s no where else to eat, I found the food served at the restaurants quite average but quite pricey. (I did not manage to get a reservation at the Arabian restaurant as it was booked out ahead of time).
I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Al Ain. The hotel offers a modern and stylish ambiance, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The facilities, including the rooftop pool and dining options, are excellent.
The only suggestion I have is to add a small pipe or bidet for wudhu (ablution) in the bathrooms, which would be a great convenience for Muslim guests. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude…
Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included.
Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out…
I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one
For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi.
I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

Great
Ddong45The hotel is located on Saadiyat Island and has a whole beach. The sea breeze is not as strong as that in Dubai, but the sand is a little hard and you can't build castles. The room is located in the middle of the top floor of the hotel, with a very good view. The swimming pool is suitable for children to play, and adults can lie on beach chairs to sunbathe, and occasionally ice cream and fruit are delivered to them. The breakfast is rich, especially the freshly baked bread with jam, which tastes great. The hotel room facilities are a little old, and the bathroom drain was blocked on the first day. Fortunately, the hotel responded quickly and repaired it in half an hour. The hotel service is good, and the butler responds to all guests' needs in a timely manner.
HHafil kasimI had an amazing experience at Copthorne Downtown Abu Dhabi. From the moment I arrived, the calm and quiet atmosphere made me feel completely relaxed — exactly what I needed. The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which added a personal touch to my stay.
The valet parking was very convenient and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding breakfast — a great variety, fresh ingredients, and perfect start to each day.
Honestly, everything about the stay was perfect. From now on, I’ve decided that whenever I visit Abu Dhabi, this will be the only hotel I’ll choose. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, service, and peace in the heart of the city.
GGuest UserA heartfelt thank you to Conrad for the incredible upgrade and the seamless birthday arrangements! The Royal Etihad Suite was nothing short of breathtaking—its stunning sea view and elegant design made the stay truly unforgettable. Every detail was curated to perfection!
Beyond the beautiful space, the team’s warmth and professionalism made all the difference. From the front desk to the restaurant and the poolside, every interaction was met with kindness and expertise. Your hospitality set a new standard—thank you for making this experience so memorable!
Special thanks to Manasha from the front desk for her very warm welcome at the start of this wonderful stay!
MMichael Angelo88Hotel not allow to use microwave, that the minus point .
If u stay in room , cleaner will come in for housekeeping very sudden . They do knock door but they never wait for permission and direct go in .
CClen DavidI recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location couldn’t be more convenient — right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city’s key attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas all within walking distance.
The staff were exceptionally polite and hospitable from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.
One of the standout features was the breakfast. It was truly impressive — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, beautifully presented and regularly replenished. It was the perfect way to start each day.
Overall, this hotel delivers both comfort and convenience with top-notch service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.
GGuest UserEverything good compare to affordable price however the smell of washroom need a hygiene and the lobby stuff extremely helpful with languages assist and getting taxi with friendly attitude.
CCrystal PillayStaff were friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a Seaview room which we really appreciated. However, I can't say it's exactly 5 stars yet, as someone who has been to five star hotels across 4 countries, there are certain stuff missing such a complimentary robes and slippers, toothbrushes etc, but of course the hotel is still fairly new and will probably improve over time.
Cons during our stay:
-There was construction there and the exits to the beach were closed.
- There wasn't any buffet dinner the 1st few nights, they kept pushing out the time for dinner as they were hosting a soccer team and the buffet was planned accordingly to their timing, usually past 9.30pm which was too late.
- The lunch and dinner menu is still fairly small.
- The soccer team (young guys) were quite noisy at early parts of the morning in the outside breakfast area which was just outside our window.
- The buffet dinner on Christmas day was absolutely small.
- No bathtub in room and could not see which room had a tub listed online as it just mentioned '' shower or tub''.
- Gym is extremely small.
Pros:
-Beautiful sea view.
- Located in a Quiet and peaceful environment.
- Lulu supermarket located just outside the hotel which makes it convenient.
- Rooms had mini kitchen with cutlery and pots etc, washing machine and microwave, fridge etc, which was nice.
- House keeping was available on request at any time.
- House keeping staff were very friendly.
- Security guard was very helpful and friendly.
- We could have a small barbecue on the beach at late hours of the night.
- Plenty parking.
- Sea view room had a balcony.
- Hotel provided a mini needle and cotton set which I found unusual and cute, definitely not something I've seen at other hotels.
Overall the place has an amazing view, and I'm sure will improve as they develop and get more tourists. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.
RRustamI think it’s simple when you stay in the 5-star hotel you can feel it. But this doesn’t work with Radisson Blue hotel and Resort. It’s only the name. Quickly:
Rooms interior are modest. Wave pool is perfect for kids and adults. The buffet restaurant La Terrazza serves the seafood, meat and the local cuisine. There are also beach-front restaurant and a couple of bar lounges. Hotel offers in-room menu with breakfast for around 150-200 AED, 2 options of soup, quick bites 40-60AED, burger
70-80AED, pasta 80AED, 4 types of pizza 85AED, main course 100-140AED, beverages/drinks and kids menu.
In a nutshell, the hotel is good with its perfect location at the corniche, unique view on the Gulf, Rixos marina and all that.
We would’ve not shared our negative feedback but a couple of incidents had happened during our stay from April, 27 until May, 1.
There was no rain or wind, but the beach had been closed all the time. I mean all the people come to hanging out on the beach. Ok, I accept that as the reason for this apparently was due to some sanitary issues after torrential rain and flooding in April in the UAE.
The most disgusting thing is the room attendants. These guys have been knocking on our room door for 2 days in a row. Imagine, at 9am in the morning continuously and persistently knocking on the door to make up the bed. And then at the same day at 4 PM with desperate desire to clean the room. Next day the same story in the morning, knocked on the door and, now, attention, please, they just opened the door and got into the room. Yes, sir! Are you kidding me??!!! Of course, we reached out to receptionists and this super courteous staff offered us to send an email to investigate this case. Appreciate it.
Hope this would be very useful and helpful for all who are looking for a place to stay in Abu Dhabi.
GGuest UserThe staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. However, it seemed to be peak season during our visit, so the breakfast area was quite crowded. The seating was arranged closely, making it feel a bit cramped at times. Despite this, the food variety was good, and the quality was satisfying. The hotel’s location is a major plus—it’s very convenient, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. Overall, it’s a decent choice for travelers who prioritize location and friendly service, but be prepared for some crowds during busy periods.
