The hotel has undergone a change of management. It is a service hotel, for those who come to work and want to sleep. The breakfast is simple, but of excellent quality. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful.
Hotel is very well located and is in the central region of Manaus. It has a good structure and has a good breakfast. I stayed at the accommodation for 2 days, but I only booked 1 through Trip. The negative point is regarding the first day, where there were two power outages, during the early hours of the morning, leaving the room without air conditioning. The heat in Manaus is terrible and the power only came back on around 2 hours later. Considering the structure of the hotel, they should have a good generator.
Very close to the airport, 3 km, 5 minutes by taxi Good facilities The disadvantage is that the aircraft takes off and landed louder, so it is noisy. The reserved room at 2 o'clock in the evening is still there, and it is very convenient to stay.
I go to this hotel every year and I feel it is very suitable for business people. It is also convenient to take a taxi at the door. It is also close to the supermarket. It is safe to travel around. The breakfast is very rich and there are various desserts! That is, the rain forest over there will rain sooner or later! The restaurant in the hotel is also OK. The problem is that there are a lot of Chinese tourists who go after knowing it...you know...
Hotel facilities are good, high floors are not damp, swimming pool is more convenient, breakfast can be fried eggs or Omelet, taste is also quite a lot of choices, fruit is good, front desk service English is also very good.
There are still activities at the hotel from time to time, and there are said to be many activities on Saturdays.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is attentive. The location is a bit remote, the travel is not very convenient, the breakfast is very rich, the buffet is cost-effective in the evening, and it will be recommended to friends.
The room is very good and quiet, the surrounding environment is good, the health is very good, the front desk customer service is very good, there will be questions in time to reply, and very polite, worth it.
The hotel service is very good, the equipment is very new, and it feels safer than the other hotels in this time. The room is large, comfortable, and the location is good. It's not too far away if you drive.

GGuest UserGreat boutique hotel situated in a lovely part of Manaus with historical sights right near the opera house. Air conditioning was amazing also airconditioned lobby and lifts. Would highly recommend this hotel with extrememly helpful and friendly staff
SSiamakThe hotel was located in a nice place next to a mall. the room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable.
The only thing really bothered us was that the staff except the receptionists were not speaking English at all even in the restaurant.

BBaidashixixiStayed for another night, the room and bed were small, no slippers and toothbrushes. But the overall cleanliness, breakfast is convenient, and you can basically walk around to the city attractions.
