I wish I could have had more time to spend there. The costumer service at the breakfast which is lovely and plenty of food choices they even go an extra mile to give you a good experience. Reception team they are just attentive and awesome the maintenance team the same and the cleaning team all as above. So I do recommend the hotel and I can’t wait to be back in December for another 5 nights. 😊
The hotel is already old and needs modernization. But they're still milking tourists for money, even though they're paying. This was my last time here, because the noise is incredibly bothersome. You can hear almost everything in the room, and the insulation is very poor. You can hear your neighbor and also outside noises. Very bad.
The rest seemed great to me, and the staff was very friendly.
Hotel very good nothing to wish for being an Express. We love the bourbon network but not compare to a bourbon convention or others of the network... even though great hotel, very good breakfast, rooms and cleaning also, finally, in the middle of so many hotel options we always chose the independent bourbon network of all
Muito confortável, roupa de cama limpa e cheirosa, café da manhã excelente. A praticidade de poder fazer refeições no shopping facilita muito.Recomendo e voltaria.

Do NOT book this hotel - consistent terrible subpar service (provide wrong info, didnt communicate essential info, SILENT TREATMENT, slow service, wrong shuttle bus despite verifying twice with 2 different staff, only take down my cocktail order but I didnt get to hold/drink my order) from the reception, guest relations and concierge teams (many staff around but they are really bad at their jobs).
No one takes ownership - talked to 3 different hotel managers (face to face) but new mistakes appear.
Belmond's service -> avoidant style (ZERO follow up from any manager, each said I already spoke to the previous).
Lousy service experience. Utterly disappointed.
Good points - convenient location: (the only hotel) inside Brazil's Iguazu park (but service deteriorates due to no competition) and an excellent spa experience.
Alternative to stay inside Iguazu park - stay at the hotel inside Argentina's Iguazu park.
Pra mim nota 10. Voltarei sempre, sem dúvida!!
The most satisfying hotel during my trip to Brazil.
First of all, the location is very close to the airport. You don't have to take an Uber. Ordinary taxis are only a dozen yuan. It takes five minutes to walk to the bird park and ten minutes to the ticket office and bus departure point of Iguazu Falls.
As for the service, my flight was early. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk checked me in in advance according to the room situation. I was very grateful for this. The doorman also took me to the room very politely. He knew everything about travel-related issues.
The room hardware is not big, but it is the only one with a quilt among the four Brazilian hotels I stayed in. The amenities are from L'Occitane Brazil, which is very good.
Finally, the supporting facilities, restaurants and fitness venues are all available. I was tired this time and didn't go to the city to eat. I experienced the seafood risotto in the restaurant. The price is not cheap, but after deducting the cost of taking a taxi to the city, it is generally acceptable.
Finally, Iguazu is very small. If you only consider seeing the waterfalls and the bird park, I highly recommend staying here

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is good but quite old, the bathrooms are a part case, they need to modernize, and the room lighting could be better thought.

MMihoutaodezhurenVery satisfied hotel, located in the batal district.
Facilities: Fully equipped, for friends who like hot tea, there is no hot water bottle in the room
Hygienic: very clean.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable.
Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming.
Very recommended hotel
BBryce van de LaarBogari Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to see the Iguaçu Falls from the Brazil and Argentina sides. People on the platform comment on the high quality of the service and I would agree completely. The front desk staff answered all of our many questions with patience and good humour and definitely made our stay feel warmer. The rooms are clean and spacious (although a bit dark) and the Italian restaurant downstairs is fine (big portions). I would recommend taking a walk just down the street to visit one of the many Syrian/Lebanese restaurants for good quality, satisfying shawarma as well. The breakfast is typical of the region, with a variety of cakes, guava-based products and pao de qeijo. We spent an enjoyable late afternoon in the hot tubs on the first floor, which were a nice surprise.
KKedadezaizaiThe most satisfying hotel during my trip to Brazil.

CChristopherA nice property very much with a family vibe and rooms spread out across a number of villas. The room was decently comfortable but quite basic, and with some curious absences, including tissue, and glasses or mugs or a cup of any kind, for which one apparently needed to ask. The buffet, both dinner and breakfast, was ok, though a bit more focused on quantity than quality, and the breakfast dining room was much more university dining hall than luxury resort. Staff was quite friendly and welcoming, though, and a tranquil spot to spend a couple days while visiting the falls and other attractions.
GGuest UserOur stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. The airconditioning was amazing and the staff were very professional thankyou
CChiajuIt was a bit late when we arrived, but we could still check in, but the room became 1 large bed and 1 small bed. Originally, we booked 2 single beds, and then there was no water provided in the room, but there is a small kitchen that can boil water and microwave food, which is great if you want. You can make reservations at the hotel to go to the waterfall. We participated in the waterfall and bird park and also took a boat into the waterfall. It was really fun. The price is also cheaper than buying on site.
GGuest UserWonderful service, all super-performing staff, service always with good humor, smiles, super-conjoyant room, heated pool and spectacular breakfast. (best coffee from all hotels I have ever stayed)
You can book without fear!
Because of some comments I was unsure about the stay...
But you can be quiet that the note is 1000!
AAttilioIt was an overall good option for what we paid. This is a VERY basic hotel, however you do get your own room, with shower/toilet, we got a 5 bed room just for one night as we just needed a place to crash on route somewhere else, so it was fine. The room has air conditioning too, which worked perfectly, and a garage for the car, so all in all we can't complain.
I would however say again that it is a hotel on the more basic end, but again, good value for money. Breakfast was also decent.
