It was an excellent stay, educated and relaxed receptionists, and always ready to solve any misunderstanding. Breakfast is extraordinary, note 10!!! I'll come back more times!

The hotel is very nice. Not that close to airport, but shuttle service is reliable! The breakfast and dinner buffet look great, and taste good. recommend!

We had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated.

The Ibirapuera Hotel in Sao Paulo is unforgettable! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the layout is beautiful. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and travel is worry-free. The service team is friendly and efficient, and the dining options are diverse and delicious. It is an excellent choice for business and leisure.

Comfortable bed. Excellent reception. Excellent location. Room size and bathroom excellent. Excellent breakfast. Excellent room and bathroom cleanliness. Good price. Parking price could be improved for guests. I thought R$40.00 per day for a vehicle was expensive. I believe that R$25.00 for guests is a fair price. Problems: Dirty balcony, metal parts dirty with black SP dust, Cobwebs with spiders as toast. Extremely uncomfortable chair, but very uncomfortable indeed. Table shakes a lot. It's horrible digital on the cantilever table. Lighting near the table could be white light and suitable for the work, at least one spot on the ceiling or close to the work table lighting is suitable for the work. All in all, success. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is very nice. Staff is attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable and spacious room. The one down side is the shower. They should really consider updating it. But other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.

I went there alone. There are many facilities and also have their transportation service between airport and hotel . There is a restaurant below the hotel . If you want to buy some water, some drink or snacks you can buy there. The staffs are very nice. They are able to communicate in English very well and we can ask for help from them all the time. 5 stars for this place🙏🥰

Very good hotel, excellent location, close to Av Paulista, very good breakfast. We were very satisfied.

Excellent location. Beautiful, modern facilities. Rooms, bed, shower, spectacular facilities. Drinks prepared in the delicious bar. Save in the morning coffee, we missed coated coffee (even the team being warned several times), a capsule machine swallowing a thousand very expensive capsules (a do!), confusional tapioca care and we missed bacon.

The hotel was nice, to he breakfast was delicious. However, we tried to contact the hotel prior to our arrival asking about the shuttle from the airport but we didn't get a response about the timing so we ended up taking a taxi! The hotel gave us extra time to check out because of this inconvenience so I am thankful for that.
