Their hotel is always crowded, but the location belongs to a remote area, on the edge of the airport. If it is a desert attraction, it doesn't matter, because the travel agency will personally drive to the hotel to pick up people.

A nossa experiência foi muito positiva no hotel , o espaço é muito charmoso , os funcionários educados , bom café da manhã . Tudo estava bem limpo e organizado, as camas confortáveis e o serviço de quarto foi muito bom . Também nos ajudaram com os passeios e o restaurante oferece opções interessantes . A porção individual é bem generosa , a porção pedida para duas pessoas achamos um pouco pequena , mais tudo estava muito bem preparado . Eu tentei trabalhar um pouco usando o wi-fi dos quartos , no início tive dificuldade, mas depois consegui realizar o que precisava . As ruas na cidade nem sempre são asfaltadas , ao transitar de carro não é possível seguir todas as rotas do Google maps . De geral , curtimos muito a experiência e indicamos a pousada como ótima opção .

Apenas não gostamos do fato de pedir para limpar o quarto, em um momento que não estaríamos e não foi feito a limpeza (manhã) e foram as 15 para limpar e estávamos no quarto. Equipe muito atenciosa e preocupada

The hotel is a very nice location, the swimming pool and the spectacular patio, the beautiful views. The rooms are large and the comfortable beds .... But it is very old. The rooms are screaming for renovation and there are many uncomfortable details, such as lights, swabs, bathroom ... But the truth, that was a pleasant stay.

Não tive boa experiência no atendimento. O restaurante só abria para jantar, pedimos um almoço e no quarto não tinha pratos ou talheres. Fomos à recepção, pedimos se podiam disponibilizar talheres e a resposta foi negativa e nenhum pouco receptiva. Entendo que é uma prática simples que faz a diferença para o hóspede, deixo aqui a sugestão. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Café da manhã bom. Ótimas instalações.
