Very good hotel, winter is definitely not as perfect as summer, but I am already amazing, the pool water is hot, there are small hot springs, steaming ice room is complete, la prairie free trial after bath, breakfast You can order the Michelin plate, and the taste is quite good. I called to eat in the room at night, it was delicious! I also gave wine and helped decorate the room! Will come again if I have a chance
Awesome hotel! There is a lake view outside the window. The hotel has its own lawn where you can lie down and enjoy the lake view and sauna. The hotel staff are very friendly and helped us with the reservation. There is a No. 24 bus at the hotel entrance that goes directly to the train station entrance. There is a bus every 10 minutes, and the transportation is very convenient (the hotel provides free bus tickets). Highly recommended!
hotel’s central location, noting its proximity to key attractions and transportation hubs.
The hotel’s staff are friendly and helpful.
Improvement:
absence of certain in-room amenities, such as fridges or kettles
A very, very good hotel! Right by Lake Lucern, it only takes five or six minutes to walk to the cruise ship terminal and the train station. The scenery is unbeatable, with Mount Rigi on the left and Mount Pilatus on the right, the beautiful Lake Lucern in the middle, and the snow-capped mountains behind. The service was courteous and friendly, and sparkling wine was given upon check-in, and it was cooled in an ice bucket in advance, which was very considerate. The bed was very comfortable, and in addition to the regular buffet, there were also hot meals made to order for breakfast, and the freshly made omelets were delicious!
Location – 9/10
The hotel is in a prime location, right by Lake Lucerne and just a 5-minute walk from Lucerne Train Station. It’s within walking distance of major attractions like the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke), the Old Town, and the Culture and Convention Center (KKL Luzern). The area is modern and convenient, though if you’re looking for a more historic, traditional Swiss setting, you might prefer something in the Old Town.
Rooms – 8.5/10
The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort.
Service – 8/10
The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable.
Dining – 8/10
The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded.
Amenities – 8.5/10
Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing.
Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces.
Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost.
Free WiFi – Strong and reliable throughout the hotel.
Overall experience: very, very good, leaving very unforgettable memories
After entering the hotel, you will first be presented with hot towels and welcome tea. After asking a series of requirements, the front desk will also provide you with a free map of Lucerne, as well as free bus tickets, which you can experience or take home as a souvenir.
Plus a note about the honeymoon trip
The hotel got a free upgrade to a very nice lake view room with a terrace.
In addition, champagne and four small pieces of dessert were given as a gift
We ordered chicken steak using room service and got a side of fries with three kinds of sauces. The price was high but it was really delicious.
The location is very remote, it is recommended to drive by car, the scenery is very good, the hotel’s swimming pool is also very nice, suitable for taking pictures but do not allow mobile phones to go in, I don’t know if no one can secretly take pictures when the door is opened in the morning hahaha, the hotel has nothing to eat , It’s best to bring something up from the mountain. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel to buy food. There is also a ski resort behind the hotel. The lift tickets do not need to be purchased in advance. When buying tickets on the spot, remember to tell them that you are going to stay in the store. discount
Rooms and breakfast were in line with our expectations. The room was clean - the bath was something very narrowly measured. SPA was in any way good - some glittering plates in the outdoor area.
But: When checking in, we were informed that the lift was out and no repair would be made at the weekend. We, both of us, were no longer very young, our room was on the 4th floor. We were offered help in carrying bags, but the staircase had quite criminally tight, short steps in one floor - not just ideal.
I also noticed that the call button panel was expanded on all floors. In Parterre, the floor display is also expanded. After a short lift failure, the whole thing didn't look like - there would have been enough a sign, at least the main switch could have been turned off. I suppose the lift was longer defect, and will it stay for a while?
At the departure, another guest told us that there had been a working staff lift. I think we were not told about it deliberately. I find this a conjecture.
I assume it was not the fault of the receptionist - she probably had her instructions.
In the hotel description you could have clearly indicated that the PP CHF 6 per day would be charged and the short charges would be charged directly in the hotel. Maybe it is somewhere - then, however, well to read.
In all, the price was quite high - for Weggis probably in the usual framework.
The room is clean, the style is quite medieval, and the furniture and equipment are very tasteful
The service staff are very polite and enthusiastic. Check-in time coincides with summer changes, and the hotel also provides thoughtful reminders~
The front desk service was particularly bad, taking away discriminating eyes. It seems that the Chinese people owe you. In the middle of the night, I told the hotel that there is no parking lot. I was thinking of a five-star hotel chain with no parking lot. I was looking for someone in the middle of the night. More than two hours of parking, one night cost 35 euros, to the room, more than 1,500 rooms without drinking water, slippers, I know this is environmentally friendly, but then environmentally friendly drinking water is not too much, called the front desk to come directly to me to drink Tap water, I am really speechless, right, and, at the beginning, I told me that there was no room in the reservation. I retired. As a result, Ctrip said it was half an hour later, but it was more expensive than before. I think the weather is too It’s late, forget it. The result is what I said at the beginning. How disgusting and disgusting you should never go to live, the room is cold and you are not negotiating.

AAnonymous UserIt’s so beautiful that you don’t need it. . The last picture was taken from the balcony. Simply heaven. Definitely book a lake view room. Otherwise, don't stay here. Because there is nothing around this house. . You read that right, there is nothing there, just some small buildings belonging to residents. There are no shops within two or three kilometers. Fortunately, the hotel provided plenty of drinks and we had dinner at the hotel. Needless to say, the service is very, very good. Let me talk about the shortcomings. The bathroom is too small, and the bathroom has a voice-activated light, which means that it will suddenly go out after taking a shower. It is scary when it happens suddenly. You have to open the shower door to light it up again. The door of the room It opens outwards, which is rare. These two items are very poor design.

YYANJUANVery typical continental breakfast, and the breakfast staff is very nice. We are traveling with children, and the hotel has added a crib. The room also welcomes snacks and fruits, and it feels good. The hotel is close to the lake, bicycles are provided for free, and we can also walk around the lake. Although the transportation is inconvenient, the hotel also sent us to the pier for free by boat. The hotel has a swimming pool and the children have a great time. Overall, satisfactory! There is free afternoon tea🤗
