Amazing price value! Yes, it's a cheap all-inclusive resort, so don't come with 5-star high-end expectations. But for the little money you pay, you get an amazing value, much better than comparable cheap AI resorts (I have been to several of them). Rooms super modern and new (completely renovated, even the standard category I booked), large buffet with huge selection, impeccable grounds, beautiful beach. Service was ok. Note that it's a big resort, but there is a trolley train running around if you don't like to walk.

Fue una experiencia muy bonita el hotel en general es hermoso la habitación la piscina el parque acuático todo súper bien y limpio el entretenimiento es bueno, los restaurantes temáticos muy buenos en el buffet la comida buena pero no tiene mucha variedad, los colaboradores del área de piscina y parque acuático (seguridad) excelente muy serviciales y con muy buena disposición, el chico del área del buffet en los marisco es excelente, más sin embargo tiene cosas que mejorar por ejemplo la mesera Katherine del buffet una llenita bajita califica a los clientes, fue muy incómodo ver como ella trataba a extranjeros con mucha diferencia a la mesa de nosotros, donde ni agua nos llego a poner en mesa fue de muy mal gusto porque fue varias veces que pasó. Por igual el chico que hace las hamburguesas en el área de piscina al lado del bar está falta de entrenamiento para bregar con clientes no tiene ningún tipo de empatía y no le importa dejar al cliente 20 minutos a la espera de una hamburguesa sin tener a nadie más delante como lo hizo conmigo bajo el sol no quise volver a pedir, en total el hotel es bueno y por uno o dos personas no se puede dañar una experiencia tan bonita.

We've stayed in Caribe Princess Deluxe for 4 days in early Feb '25. In general we're leaving with mixed feelings. 1.What's great: - location & beach - reception area - swimming pool area - animals in the resorts 2. What's so-so - weather - it's windy on thia side of the island, not sure if all the time though, but something to consider while planning - rooms - spacious but a bit outdated 3. What's really bad: - food - thats probably the biggest disappointmen. We ate only at Food Market (main food court) and a la carte at Tao. Food Market - huge choice but food is tasteless, we've had enough after 2 days. Chairs are dirty. Serv8ce slow. Tao - really the worst asian food we have had in our life - gym - very outdated equipment, trademills dangerous to use, should be put out of service. For the hotel of this size and class its really a shame. - internet - erratic, losing connection all the time, often slow Final verdict: we will not come back - -

Gute Lage, direkt am Flughafen von Punta Cana. Der Shuttle Service Mitarbeiter wie auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich . In der Nähe des Hotel waren mehrere Restaurants , eine Eisdiele und eine Apotheke.

房間很舒服，有管家；我説來過生日，還給我專門送了小蛋糕和酒，還會給我佈置一下房間，whatsapp每天早上給我發當天酒店的活動。 在全包酒店來説，這家酒店的餐食還可以了，但是上餐很慢。 總共有7個餐廳，衹吃了亞洲餐廳和意大利餐廳，都很好吃。buffet的餐廳也很不錯。衹有海邊的餐廳，有什麼漢堡炸魚薯條那家很難吃。其他幾家南美餐廳什麼的沒來得及去。 多米尼加的海灘老有人來推銷不太喜歡，所以都窩在自己房間的泳池那裡了。

We visited all the restaurants and they were good. I do not have anything negative about the hotel, the bad thing for us was the beach, impossible to swim in, a lot of waves, the children cannot even play on the shore, super dangerous, we even managed to see a person drowning and thanks to the service of the lifeguards they managed to revive the person. The rooms are quite comfortable and large, and if you are not interested in buying property do not agree to go to the talk for the points because you will lose half a morning. And with the vendors on the beaches you will find better prices. But if you are only looking for a pool and nightlife with discos, casinos and theaters, this is the perfect hotel. If you are only looking for a beach, this is not the hotel, although you can find quiet beaches within a 20-minute walk along the shore.
