Its worth staying here. Lovely reception staff. however, only half of the staff can understand and speak english and only half of them were smiling/welcoming which my partner was quite upset with. Please make sure you do you research of the locatiom, money convertion and know the scams when they are coming. My partner was said a pringles can is 950 egp!! When I went to check, I was told 300 🌚 Outsite the hotel, there is proper scamming going on, once they know you are not local. We only went for pyramids and stuff due to my craze about it. So didnt mind going there once in our life time. They have a revolvng restaurant too at the top!

True to its reputation as a top-tier hotel, both the service and cleanliness were exceptional. It's perfectly situated and incredibly convenient for a layover at Cairo International Airport. A direct skybridge connects the hotel to Terminal 3, making it just a 5-minute walk.

Lovely hotel in a prime location on the Nile. Our room had a lovely view of the Nile and the pool area. The room was modern and had all the amenities you would need including some luxury Byredo toiletries which were a nice touch. Though it’s a newly renovated hotel, the downside was that our non-smoking room had an unusual smell in it and also upon check in, the entire carpet was wet. The breakfast buffet was good although some items were a bit stale by 8am (pancakes in particular) which could’ve been better if fresh. There was no room service options from your room so we tried the restaurants but wouldn’t really recommend. We tried Kamala which is a pan-Asian fusion and though we were the only guests dining, the food took over an hour to make and wasn’t the best. The Solano restaurant again was okay, much fresher than Kamala. Would recommend the hotel for its location however the reception can get really busy and the staff could do with being more attentive to the guests they’re serving rather than those impatiently interrupting.

With a kitchen, you can cook. Near the hotel are large shopping malls and supermarkets, shopping is very convenient. If you take a taxi, it is best to use Uber, and there are few taxis. The overall service is not bad, the apartment is relatively cost-effective

Hotel location is great, breakfast is good, room is nice. However, there are some issues. The rooms have no openable windows, there is always a strong smell of air freshener which can’t be vented. Services are generally good, but there are some girls in the canteen pressurising for reviews after some average service while others silently work hard doing the services. 4 of us tried to play cards in the open area beside the pool as the room is stuffed with air freshener smells, but unfortunately we were asked to leave and do it in our own room. It ruined our experience a bit after otherwise a nice stay.

A perfect hotel in an excellent location. Staff are so kind, friendly and professional - they are not chasing you for tips all the time. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had - you MUST get the breakfast! The hotel beds were very comfortable and the Modern Art museum is a stone's throw away. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cairo. The view from the rooftop restaurant is breathtaking.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance of the hotel, and every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The St. Regis Cairo is a true testament to luxury and sophistication. The moment I stepped into the opulent lobby, I was greeted by a stunning display of modern design blended seamlessly with elements of Egyptian heritage. The attention to detail was impeccable, with intricate artwork, exquisite furnishings, and a magnificent chandelier that took my breath away. My room at the St. Regis Cairo was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance. The spacious layout, plush bedding, and tasteful decor created a tranquil ambiance that made me feel instantly relaxed. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the Nile River, and I found myself spending hours simply gazing at the mesmerizing scene before me. The service at the St. Regis Cairo was truly exceptional. The staff members were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt room service and personalized recommendations for local attractions, their dedication to providing a flawless experience was evident throughout. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's exquisite restaurants. The culinary offerings were nothing short of extraordinary, with a diverse range of cuisines prepared by world-class chefs. Whether indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet, savoring a gourmet dinner, or enjoying a cocktail at the rooftop bar with panoramic views of the city, each dining experience was a culinary delight. The St. Regis Cairo also boasts an array of impressive amenities. The spa and wellness facilities offered a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation, with a variety of treatments and therapies to choose from. The state-of-the-art fitness center allowed me to maintain my workout routine, and the outdoor pool provided a serene escape to unwind and soak up the sun. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the vibrant city of Cairo. Situated along the banks of the Nile River, it offered convenient access to iconic landmarks such as the Pyramids of Giza, the Egyptian Museum, and bustling markets. In conclusion, my stay at the St. Regis Cairo was an unforgettable experience of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. From the stunning aesthetics to the outstanding staff and world-class amenities, every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the St. Regis Cairo to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay in this remarkable city, and I eagerly look forward to returning to this haven of indulgence in the future.

AAce 123$$$What a legendary place! Located in the heart of Egypt, super close to the airport, it is an oasis in the desert. The buffets are delicious and reasonably priced, the two pools are amazing and the green grass soft underfoot. The staff are friendly, the gym is adequate and the rooms are clean. Loved my layover because of this gem of an hotel! Hopefully I'll be back soon!

GGuest UserLovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe.

GGuest UserWhen I checked in initially everything was lovely. They charged me $80 for an extra person in the room. The view was lovely and I was upgraded as a Marriot gold Member. The next day was not so lovely. I told them I would like to extend and was told I had to do that through Booking. What? Ok. So I rebooked with Booking and I guess they didn’t get the information. I showed them the reservation and that I paid. They called me incessantly and were rude as hell even though they had my Amex on file. It was ridiculous so I checked out and went to Le Meridian. So much better. Stay there. It is even connected to the airport. They have several restaurants and the staff is amazing. The view was lovely at the Ritz though.

NnrlfallsThis is the third time I stayed at this hotel during this trip. Here are three tips: First, I changed rooms three times. The orientation and air conditioning facilities they gave me at the beginning were not satisfactory. If the air conditioning does not heat, contact them. If they can adjust it, don't be afraid of trouble; second, the third floor is where the lobby is located. The room height is nearly one meter higher than other floors. Although the sixth floor is an executive floor, it is not high; third, the executive lounge is very practical and can be used as dinner. It can be included. In addition, the swimming pool is heated and you can swim. There is a kettle in the room and bottled water is unlimited.

PPenny BlackwellThe military runs this hotel. It is alcohol-free. People were smoking everywhere, which may or may not bother others. The breakfast and dining services were good. The room was clean but a little dated. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff was helpful and always willing to answer questions and offer assistance. The reception desk is not manned 24 hours a day. I was disconnected/hung up on 3 times when trying to confirm that someone would be able to check us in when I arrived after midnight. I was told it would be fine but we had to wait for someone to check us in. The pool was great and we have no complaints. We had arranged a driver to take us on our tours so I am not sure if the location is good or not. Great hotel and would recommend it.
