Our experience was really great: the hotel is very clean, the staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is top notch and you can enjoy your coffee in front of the Pyramid: simply amazing. The rooms are clean, WIFI is working well, the Gym is well equipped. The swimming pool is big and the area around it is nice, the water in April could have been a little bit warmer though. All in all a top experience, would come back any time.

I was very hesitant to book, but on my last night I decided to give it a try. What a pleasant surprise! Every single person at the hotel was so kind. The gardener even gave me a small homemade flower basket while I was swimming in the pool. Such kindness, and I left immediately. Speaking of the facilities, I finally had a full breakfast this time. I'd booked breakfasts at Mina Palace, Hilton, and Qiancheng Hotels, but the breakfasts I booked were all just rubbish and inedible. This hotel offers both Chinese and Western options, including sweet potatoes, steamed buns, fried buns, wontons, purple rice porridge, freshly fried eggs, and sugar-free yogurt. The beds were very clean, albeit rough. The location is about an 8-minute walk from the New Museum, or you can take a taxi for around 60 Egyptian pounds. The pool is shaded by trees and doesn't get too hot, making it perfect for morning swimmers. So if you're a practical person, book it and don't worry. If you want to show off and post a photo on your social media, you can do so and it'll feel like home after you've done it! I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

I am convinced back in the 80's, this hotel was considered to be the height of luxury. In 2025, most people would disagree. It's a good 45-minute walk to the main centre whilst other similar classes of hotels like Semiramis were much closer. Staff were polite, but the service was poor. The waiting time at checkin exceeded 40 minutes. It was noticeable that there were more staff on the other side of the counter, apologiesing to customers than actual check staff. The rooms were clean, but the design was old-fashioned. Large room but very small toilet lacking space to put things out. The hotel has two in-house restaurants, both were grossly overpriced, and the food was unremarkable. The gym was huge and well equipped, but I failed to understand why anyone wanted to stay in a hotel for a serious workout. The things that mattered, such as jukuzi and sauna, were tiny and dirty. The outdoor pool was more like a paddle pool. Overall, there are much better hotels available at a similar price point.

I paid a $50 deposit via credit card and the result was that the front desk mishandled me and paid 100$. It has not been refunded for more than a month now, which has exceeded the accommodation fee I paid.

The shower head only has a few strong streams of water, and the rest of the water is too weak, which makes the skin hurt when those few streams hit it, and I dare not stand forward. But in fact, I didn't get much water on it. I couldn't adjust the water flow, and the water that came out had an earthy smell. The carpet in the room was not very clean, and the quilt was always damp. The coffee capsules I drank on the first day were not replenished on the second day. The small bottle of water was charged and I didn't have to pay first, I had to pay by card. The front desk finally told me hope to see you again, and it was the only time I said no you will not in all the hotels I have stayed in🥶🥶🥶🥶By the way, I caught a cold on the second day of staying in the hotel🤒I didn't even turn on the air conditioner in the hotel. This hotel is a bit unlucky for me🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the pyramids. The view is also great, blue sky and white clouds, really great. Let's talk about the service, slow speed, language barrier, the first night I arrived at night, it was difficult to buy a sanitary napkin, I finally made it to the morning, made countless calls and received countless calls but still couldn't solve the problem. Finally, I called the room cleaning staff to solve the problem. I basically didn't sleep all night. Let's talk about the second night, the sound insulation was really drunk, there was no sound insulation at all, snoring, the sound of the waiter pushing the cart, talking, walking, I woke up countless times in the night and countless times in the morning. The conditions are just like that.

Very new hotel, rich breakfast, like the freshly made pitta cake. The bed was very comfortable and it was about 30 minutes drive from the pyramid scenic spot. Hotel security is strict. . . .

It has only been open for 4 months, so it was clean and well-equipped. It is a little far from the tourist sites in Giza, but you can enjoy a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. The Japanese restaurant next door, recommended by the hotel, is rumored to be ranked number one among the delicious restaurants in Giza, and it was the best food I had in Egypt! I will definitely come back here again.

AAkkarpanLocation, location, location! Mohammed and Mustafa and staff are lovely and the best thing about this is location. Also, AC is great and hot water in shower, all really good things. Splurge and get the balcony, because if you get the $15 room, it’s an inside room - read everything carefully. But the balcony gives you breakfast with the pyramids. A couple of doors over there is heaven‘s lounge which you can get beer and alcohol at which is lovely to spend the evenings at with wine under the pyramids. You will get nothing of that here. I do have a bit of a bone to pick with trip.com because they didn’t do their research as there is no restaurant, there is no bar and there is no pool or gym in this place, which is why I downgraded the amenities. However if you were going to Giza for the pyramids, this is the place. Yes it is right behind the camel and the horse staging area so from 8 o’clock in the morning till quitting time which is 4 o’clock in the afternoon, you will have the authentic experience. If you do not like trash, if you do not like dust, if you do not like smells, you should probably just not be coming to Egypt in general! Because it is everywhere. However, if you want the authentic experience at the base of the pyramids, this is the place. Oh, and the Internet is crap… So just make sure you have a really good cellular plan because it’s no better anywhere else in Egypt either. From our experience, and we have traveled everywhere, the left over British colonies just don’t have a really great Wi-Fi infrastructure.

CChandreThe location is great as our main attraction was the Great pyramids of Giza. The view is beautiful from the rooftop restaurant and pool. The service was amazing. The workers were very accommodating and made sure our needs were always met. Breakfast was average, there could be more of a variety. Lunch and dinner options were quite tasty.

GGuest UserIf you ever get the privilege to stay at the four seasons DO IT! THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I haven't checked in to my hotel because I was in luxor all day and I messaged them through their app to see about room service being there before I make it in. They delivered my meal already as I said it was okay knowing time wise I would be in late and assume that service ends at some point of the evening. I've only had lunch today I haven't been in a bed in the last 48hours, they set ny room up and delivered my food with out me checking in! Theyer amazing they set my spa time for tomorrow evening as well. They also able to offer massage in your room, their guest services is top notch. It's pricey but they absolutely take care if you! I've been to the one in Maui as well, absolutely not disappointed!
