Lovely, central hotel. Friendly, helpful staff who were very attentive. Room was large, comfy beds and lovely clean bathroom (with bath!). Highly recommended!

Checking in could have been quicker if staff were able to get guests' details from their systems, rather than guests having to hand write them, however having two receptionists helped matters. The facilities really put the likes of Premier Inn to shame which generally charges the same or more with breakfast not included. The food was enjoyable but would benefit from clear allergen information and more plant-based options

A very comfortable hotel, felt welcoming with their friendly staffs, an eco environment in every aspect and a lovely patio garden cafe with parasol and sofa. Great for family of 4, beds were comfy and the room was cool in summer with its clever eco cooling system. Location is great next to the M5 with easy access to Cornwall and Devon seasides.

We are a family of 6. Booked 2 rooms. We were amazed by the huge family room and the big toilet. Cleanliness was excellent. The staff was friendly. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Love from Singapore!

A good hotel outside of the main city, close to Dartmoor and the hospital. Lots of local shops and a few fast food restaurants nearby if you need something. Overall a good stay, and will use again in the future.

Location and view are fantastic, facilities are good, there's no denying it's an old hotel and that comes with some quirks and even a few areas that are a bit rough round the edges but it's not advertised as the 5 star hotel it once was. So as a 4 star I'd recommend it to anyone, the staff and cleanliness of room couldn't be faulted!! My only real gripe / area that needs some more immediate attention is please get an EV charger or two!

Great location, just a few minutes from the train station. Despite looking like an old building, the rooms were comfortable with good views from the window. It's basically in the town centre so you can walk to the nearby attractions. One negative was that they wanted to charge us for a late check-out.

Visited for a rugby game, used the hotel a few times before, fabulous as usual. Hotel staff are lovely. The evening menu was a bit limited for what we wanted, but ok. Breakfast is self service buffet & many options. The Vue bar on the top floor is lovely. Our room was clean & modern. Issues with air conditioning, but reported & will be sorted.

Great hotel in a ideal location for Central Plymouth or Continental Ferry Port. Modern Design with bar and restaurant. Rooms have everything you need for a comfy stay.

Really nice membe rof staff on check in, friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a smell from plug hole in sink, stale like it's hadn't been flushed through in a while but the room was ok and very close to reception. Amazing shower and all the facilities that you need. Extremely comfortable bed. Would happily return.
