The Canary Wharf Tribe never lets me down! Unbelievable stay all lead by Esther on reception who was just brilliant and accomodated me beyond what I had already imagined and if you haven't stayed before, everything about it is comfortable and luxurious. The bedding looked like it had been ironed on the bed to get the smoothest finish, the toiletries make you smell so lush and that's just the hand and body wash, top up with body lotion and you go to sleep smelling like heaven! Tea, coffee area catered for all including those like me who need decaf. There is even an instruction sheet to show you how to really relax and take in your morning coffee moment. The bed is like a fluffy cloud and pillows to get lost in. Thank you Esther, Tribe. I did not want to leave today. I will see you soon!
Great stay, only stayed for 1 night between a Fri-Sat. The hotel room was a nice size, the bathroom and room were clean. Slight stains on the walls which is why I marked it down but overall it was a nice stay. Staff were really friendly and the lounge, breakfast room and rest of the hotel looked in good order. A really nice touch was the ice bucket with the ice machine on my floor.
Would definitely stay again, great location, easy access to the tube and lots of lovely cafes and bars nearby.

Quite a bog standard Hilton. The location was ok, good for me as I like walking and I wanted to be somewhere a bit different to where I had been before. Reasonably close to a tube. Plenty of cafes and eateries nearby.
The place was clean and the bed was comfy. It was just fine, nothing more than that. Reception area was nice, staff friendly but the room was bland and edging on tired. I didn't eat in the hotel. The toiletries and complimentary water was nice and the towels and shower were decent. I've stayed in worse places, I've stayed in better places.

Great location only 5 minutes from Angel tube station. Breakfast was lovely, tasty, well cooked and lots of choice. Rooms were a decent size and clean, with effective air conditioning.
The only negatives were that we asked for room on a quieter side of the building and I was woken at 6.30 am with the bottle bin being emptied along with all the trollies of bedding and towels being delivered, we were clearly over the service entrance! Also the reception smelt of vomit… unsure why but it was constant during our stay.
The milk was not replenished for the tea and coffee in the room and had to ask for this.
A little slice of Japan in a super accessible part of London.
Great cafe. Super easy self check in and check out. The comfiest hotel mattress ever! Great shower and toiletries. Super WiFi.
Super happy with the low price we paid for a super cool comfy room. If it wasn’t for the hair in the bed I’d have given 10/10.
Location was great - super close to loads of restaurants, Chinatown, theatres, Outernet, shops, Trafalgar Square, the national gallery and the national portrait gallery.
I would definitely recommend.
Air con wasn't working properly and the room was absolutely stifling hot!!! We were provided with a fan... which helped... but only a little. Who wants to hear a fan blowing all night??
I have NEVER been so uncomfortable in a hotel room.. ever!! We stayed for 3 nights. The room temperature was 30 to 31 degrees.... each night. That is unacceptable and I will say that this spoiled our stay in London. If you are considering this hotel, then confirm with them that there is proper air con. In my opinion this is basic stuff - Message to the Hotel Owners, sort this out!

I've fallen in love with the Hilton Hotel Paddington for a few compelling reasons.
Firstly, its central location is unbeatable – it's directly adjacent to Paddington Station, with easy access to the Heathrow Express and Elizabeth Line. The 15-minute journey to the airport is a game-changer, and the hotel's side entrance, which links directly to the station, is highly convenient.
I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which featured a wide spread of food and fruits.
And let's not forget the comfy bed – it was pure bliss!
The customer service was top-notch, especially from Daniela at the Front Desk, who was very helpful.
However, I did experience some issues with Housekeeping during my five-night stay. On the third day, I removed the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, but when I returned between 3 and 4 pm, Housekeeping had not cleaned my room. The staff eventually came around 5 pm, but by then, I had settled in for the day. It seemed like they were understaffed, which was a bit disappointing given the hotel's otherwise excellent service and amenities.
Highly recommended. Within walking distance of the train station, places to eat and shopping areas. I was the only one in our travelling group of 4 who had issues with getting my room cleaned...I had to make several complaints at the front desk before it was resolved. Aside that, I had an awesome, convenient stay. Shout out to ******* at the front desk!

The room is very clean, and spacious. It is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent — conveniently close to both the train station and bus stops, with a convenience store nearby.

MMelissaWe're a family of 4 with 2 young children and booked the studio. But when we arrived, we were told that the room had no electricity and so split us into 2 rooms instead.
While the rooms were generally clean, most of the bath towels had brown patches or old blood stains on them which was quite gross. 1 room that we were assigned to also had a weird fishy smell at the stove area.
The hotel is about 7 min walk from Aldgate East tube station and is located on quiet street. This is not a very pleasant area, and there were always shady characters around the tube station, which made us feel uncomfortable, so we tried not to stay out too late.
Staff were friendly and accommodating but they appeared short staffed during check in / check out timings. Only 2 staff on duty, so there is a bit of a wait if you need their help at these times.
Ssalaudin lunatWe stayed at Holiday Inn (Sutton) for the Spring Bank Holiday. It's in great location as there is lots to do and see nearby. Great places to eat. Public transport not too far (trains or buses). I highly recommend this 4* hotel. It has Jacuzzi (not working while our stay), swimming pool, steam room and sauna. All free to use. All staff are friendly.Superb breakfasts. Parking not free at the hotel.
GGexing~tianxiaThe rooms are pristine and, despite the hotel being open for just a year, there was no unpleasant dampness or strange smell from the water. The service was also excellent. It appears the hotel uses a water softening system, as my hair felt incredibly smooth after washing. The complimentary bottled water is also a custom-branded mineral water, which adds a touch of sophistication.
While not in the city centre, the hotel boasts excellent transport links. It's particularly well-served by buses; route 55 goes directly to Oxford Street, and route 205 takes you to King's Cross Station (convenient for trains to Cambridge and other cities). It's incredibly easy to get around from here – just remember to check the bus direction! When returning to the hotel, it's actually closer to alight at the bus stop after Old Street and walk from there.
Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. Perhaps because it's a newly opened hotel still in its introductory phase, securing an Executive Room in London for just over 2000 RMB is genuinely a great deal.
OOllieSmithOne night stay at heathrow after a flight.
Emailed hotel the night before to ask for a nice view as it was my brothers birthday treat and he loved watching the planes. Had already booked a runway view room but some are on lower floors so more restricted. On arrival at the hotel they had upgraded us to a suite which was a really lovely gesture however we had booked a twin and the suite was a double. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up. After 4 visits to reception and a 5 hour wait, housekeeping finally made up the sofa bed. By this point we were extremely tired as we'd had a really long day so it did damper our experience a little. The birthday cake and note in the suite were a lovely touch.
With the upgrade, we were given access to the executive lounge which has a great view over the runway to watch the planes. Drinks available all day with alcohol in the evening and canapés. Unlike every other executive lounge ive been to, the canapés were served plated to your table which seemed a little strange and also made the service very slow as the lounge was full. Also meant there was a higher level of wastage as people didnt want some of the selection. Based on this visit, I wouldn't book a room for the lounge access. There are much better hotels at the airport with better lounges if that's what your looking for.
Beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Again, great view of the runway. Aircon wouldn't go below 20 which was a little annoying with how warm London is at the moment.
Great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Delicious food.
I would stay here again but wouldn't worry about access to the executive lounge as that was disappointing.
AAlex NghiemExcellent stay at Millennium Hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were warm and helpful, and breakfast was delicious—great variety. Perfect location: just steps from Gloucester Road Station, with lovely restaurants and a charming tea house next door. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserWe visited London from Yorkshire to catch a few shows and enjoy a short stay in a quality hotel for 2 nights. It’s was a lovely hotel, very welcoming, reasonable in price in relation to the quality of the hotel.
LLuStayed 4 nights and happy overall with the room and restaurant. However the hotel double charged me - my room was prepaid on Trip, and hotel reception took my credit card details for incidentals. After checking out I found I was charged again for the room, they basically charged a customer without a.) contacting Trip to sort out the payment as it should be, b.) without a phone call to me ahead of taking the money and c.) without the customer authorization (in theory I only authorized the incidental pre-auth).
Kudos to colleagues at Trip who followed up and processed the refund within a week! But deeply unhappy with the hotel's handling of the incident especially customer communication! Double check your bank transactions if you choose to stay at this place
NnicoleGreat location for east london and visiting family. Reception team very happy to help and provided extra bedding for comfort. Great vibe and atmosphere. Only think , a bit basic amenities in room, a coffee machine would be great and complimentary water in room would be a treat
