Good location, the hotel is new, well-equipped and clean. The gym is small but it is good to be able to exercise and rest during the trip. There are many breakfast options, including famous local snacks. If you don't have time to go out or are worried about the hygiene outside, eating in the hotel is a good choice. The taste is pretty good. The small bowl in the middle is a local dish of Makassar, and the chicken soup and chicken porridge on the left and right are available in every place.

Good is location. If you want hotel by the sea, then this is it. No other hotel offer such sea view and islands of Lae Lae. Bad points: Unfortunately the hotel is old and dirty. The lobby ceiling leaked, ac outlets are dirty. Room's cleanliness is average, chair and carpet are old and dirty. Bed sheets were a bit dirty. Everyday bath towels are smelly. No small towels for hand. Mininimum amenities. The breakfast spread is ok, fare of indonesian soto, mie ayam, various of nasi and chickens, egss, cakes fruits. The rooms is a bit damp, AC is average and noisy. Toom is thinly insulated, you can hear the noise from people talking at the alleys. Staff are friendly. This hotel should be 2 or 3 stars

Good location and great view, some rooms may be cleaner than others, so try to ask for change of your room if it does not meet your standard. Overall, value for money

No complementary water bottle in the room, the staff said they doing go green so we have to fill our kettle from the water dispenser outside the room, and that time the dispenser wasn't well prepared, the Galon was not in the dispenser, i had to do it myself Request for shower cap, i had to call 3x, and arrived in more than 30mins At breakfast time, the table wasn't clean, there was coffee stain and foods crumbs, but the foods is good also has lot of varieties

As expected from a famous hotel chain, it is basically clean. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is varied. One thing that is disappointing is that the floor is carpeted so it smells a bit.

Price is cheap...suitable if only for sleeping
