the reception is really nice, the staff incredible nice. The room was so so, very old. The bed was more deep in the middle than in the borders, so that means that we didn’t sleep very well because we were slipping like in a hill. The bathroom very old, only two body towels, no any towel for the hands or floor. We didn’t use the swimming pool, looks good.

always become my favorite hotel in manado when i get break from work or holiday or any staycation with family every weekend.. with wonderfull view directly to manado bay, this hotel has everything.. bring me in sunset with her lagoon pool handmade beach, wide range of swimming pool, and super breakfast in early morning,, how good this property.. except by her gym facilities, litle bit less workout tools however still become favorite about its SPA of Martatilaar in the point of left side building.. thanks MERCURE MANADO

Overall it's pretty good. The location of this hotel has good views of the lagoon and ocean. It is also pretty close to a mall and supermarket. The executive queen room is big, but there are awkward empty spaces around the corners. Service was nice and accommodative.

The hotel just beside shopping centre very convenient for whose who want to shop. The staff very friendly and helpful. This hotel is just located beside seaside for whose who want to relax and do nothing. The room is spacious and clean.

The room facilities are very suitable for Chinese people's habits. It is a great choice whether you stay long-term or for a short-term transition. I recommend staying here. The equipment and facilities of the diving shop are also very standard, and the restaurant has strong reception capacity. As a senior traveler, I would say: ”You feel at home” and ”Your request will be met”. Don't worry if you don't speak enough English, the hotel has a Chinese manager who can communicate.

All choices of places to stay are comfortable and safe because they are close to an international hospital then it only takes 10 minutes from the hotel to many attractions in the city center area and moreover you can get a movie voucher at CGV Transmart Manado

Everything is good for us. After 3 times move from one hotel to another hotel, finally we found a nice hotel with a good price. The only thing bothered us was the sound that we could hear from other room. And the the housekeeping forgot to change into the clean mug and glasses in the room. But the breakfast were nice. Thy provide many varian of food. And the view from our room was also beautiful. We could see the sea and the mountain

Nice clean hotel and good location close to the airport. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of variety to choose from and the services from the staff are excellent. Stay at this hotel for so many years and for the services are second to none. Will recommend this hotel to others thank you.

Was here for 1 night business trip, Overall OK stay, Receptionist - Brigita was so helpful fulfilling my request on high floor room. I still heard noise from bar across the street in early morning. Anyway room is quite spacious and amenities ok.

I stayed here for a night. If you’re looking for a hotel with “unique” experiences, this one’s for you! The check-in was smooth, and the bed was decorated with abstract stains – perhaps part of the charm? Luckily, no soap to wash away the memory in the room. When asked, the staff, oh so polite, reassured me that the soap “could be conditioned” – whatever that means! And, the cherry on top: a delightful three-minute delay for a room check, just to make sure I didn’t snag a complimentary pen. I left feeling like a lottery winner who hit the jackpot of mediocrity. Truly a stay to remember! 🎉
