The room was compact but functional, clean enough for a short stay, though the space (especially the bathroom) felt quite small compared to other business hotels. Wi-Fi was stable, and the bed was comfortable, which made it fine for one or two nights.

Convenient location near Indira Gandhi International Airport This hotel is a great option if you need to stay near the airport. The location is very convenient—just a short ride from the terminals—and it’s close to Aerocity, a modern commercial complex with a wide variety of dining options. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a more upscale meal, you’ll find plenty of choices nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was satisfying, offering a range of Indian dishes that gave us a flavorful start to the day. Overall, a comfortable and practical stay for travelers.

This hotel is ideally located for a quick stopover cot connecting flights from nearby International delhi airport. We arrived early and as we were staying only for a few hrs we were allowed to check in earlier. Good points: clean room with all amenities Inc complimentary water, toiletries,kettle and tea and coffee and fully stocked fridge. V nice swimming pool where I relaxed pre flight. Room service staff and concierge were v polite and good. Not so good ponts- v expensive tea in their cafe. Felt conned at Rs 536 for a small cup - 3 mouthfuls and it was gone! Service was dire as had to go to the counter to ask for milk and napkins to go with our greasy patties. It took 30 mins for the tea to turn up. Tables were dirty. Given the experience we chose not to eat in the hotel but popped over to Worldmart next door which has an excellent variety of restaurants and bars. No drinks and food is served in the pool area so if you are after snacks and a drink by the pool you will be disappointed.

The hotel i stayed in is really good. The most important thing is i really felt safe here. And the staff was really helpful. Especially Mr. Sandeep he helped me alot. The hotel was each to reach and in a very good place. If you are a solo female Traveller i would suggest you to stay in. Safety with comfort and good food good service and very pleasant hospitality. I also would like to mention mr. Sujit takur for his room service. Thanking all the hotel staff for such a great experience in New Delhi.

Conveniently located in the mall and close to Max Saket Hospital. The breakfast chef is a very warm and welcoming person who checks on every guest if they are alright and need anything else, great ***!

I will recommend to all .They made my birthday very special .As it was my birthday they provided us complimentary buffet dinner for us and plus they provided us birthday cake for me to make my birthday special .I cant thank enough to them to make my birthday and our stay special.Looking forward to celebrate more such occasions in future with them. The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the views from the room were breathtaking. The location was perfect – close to all the local attractions but quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The hotel restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious meals with a diverse menu and high-quality ingredients. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way, making my stay truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

The hotel has a prime location but it needs a lot of improvement. From the check-in service, there is a shortage of staff. The rooms are a bit old and smelly The toilets are not in good condition. The water quality they provide is some normal filter water in the rooms. No bottled water is provided. The room sleepers are so small they can fit small children only. Even after requesting the sleeper at least normal size. When the person called the incharge him that ask the guest we have only this and if you needed it or not. This kind of language was not acceptable. This is not 5-star hotel. It is a scam either from Trip.com or the hotel to provide false information

Good location, strategically next to metro station. Good service by hotel staff and wonderful breakfast variety. Recommend to come again.

I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel. The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel. For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.  I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night.  By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge. Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view.  There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors.
