The room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, offering great convenience. It was close to shopping areas and had easy access to food options. The breakfast was excellent, and the dining area was large. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, great food, and the most cordial staff. Special shout out to Sonu ji our guide and driver for one day outing in Amritsar, took us personally to the golden temple, didn’t just drop us outside the temple and parked the car, but instead walked us up to the temple and guided us all the way. Thank you again Mr. Sonu. And also the f&b service team were very nice.

Conveniently located at 20 mins drive from chandigarh airport. Rooms and services were excellent. Staff was very co-operative. Buffet spread was very good. Hotel interiors and amenities were fabulous.

Stay was pleasant. Staff were polite and very accommodating . Breakfast though limited in varieties was good . Enjoyed my two day stay in this hotel . My real disappointment was the boutique in the hotel . Tailor made a suit but turn out horrible and need major corrections . Waste of time and money .

Thats why if you have noticed I came back to stay the same hotel because I really enjoyed very much. I forgot to mentioned the gym its was amazing good 5 stars and everything in this hotel really breath taking

One of the female receptionist inadvertently claimed that we had consumed one of the item from the bar which was certainly inaccurate. This situation got somewhat embarrassing as she didn’t believed in us until Mr Inderpal Singh the Front End Manager got involved and resolved the unfounded claim.

Hyatt is the best hotel in Ludhiana. The location is very good. It is adjacent to a Shipping mall and ca n’t adapt to Indian food. You can go to this mall to eat KPF or McDonald ’s. Well, including the security staff at the entrance are polite. We rented a car from the hotel to the airport, and the lobby manager was always with us outside the door until the car came, and we also deliberately brought some bottles of mineral water. sincere gratitude. Will stay at this hotel next time.

Nice hotel location was good. The rooms were very spacious nice big showers friendly staff.

The hotel design gives a feel of open and airy place with bright and contemporary look. Staff is trained and courteous. Room and aminities are apt. Overall a g great package.

Perfect calm and comfortable staying. Very pleasant and friendly staff at reception, upgraded level of my room with check-in, many thanx for that gentleman with beautiful eyes). Smiling Sikhs in red turbans at the entrance is the treasure of that place (I adore Sikhs). Will definitely stay again within next business trip.
