Extremely satisfied! When I was booking, I hesitated a bit because the total price for a 7-night stay wasn't cheap. However, I decided to book it after seeing that it's close to the station, has spacious rooms, and the beds in the twin rooms are larger than those in other hotels. Upon arrival, I was so glad we chose this place; it was incredibly convenient.
Nagoya Station is directly accessible from the hotel. This made getting to and from the airport, traveling to other cities, visiting Legoland, and meeting for our day trip to Shirakawa-go all incredibly easy and saved us a lot of hassle.
There's a food street on floors 12-13 directly downstairs, where we enjoyed several meals. The lobby is on the 15th floor and features Japan's highest Starbucks. A shopping mall is also directly accessible downstairs, making shopping at Takashimaya very convenient.
For an extended stay, comfort is key. The rooms are spacious, offering city views. The shower is large, and the bath amenities are comprehensive. The complimentary capsule coffee machine and other in-room provisions were also quite nice.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with incredibly convenient access. If budget isn't a concern, I highly recommend it for families traveling with children.

The 32-square-meter room with three beds was an acceptable size. The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite. Although there was no Chinese service, their English was good. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation. The only downside was the slightly long 15-minute walk from Nagoya Station (according to Google Maps); I later found that getting off at Fushimi Station would have been a much quicker walk. Nearby, you'll find a Don Quijote, Life Supermarket, and a selection of specialty restaurants. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The bathroom was absolutely 5-star quality for Japan, and very spacious. The hotel, opened in 2024, is brand new.
The location is truly unbeatable. Mitsukoshi is just one traffic light away, and opposite Mitsukoshi, there's a Tiger store, making it convenient to drop off our shoe purchases back at the hotel. Many shopping malls are within a 10-minute walk, and the Sakae shopping district is easily accessible for browsing anytime. Don Quijote is just a 5-minute walk, and the 24-hour Ichiran Ramen is also within walking distance.
We stayed with three people, and an extra bed was added at the bay window. I prefer firm beds, so I felt absolutely no discomfort. Even with three suitcases open, there was still plenty of room to move around.
The only minor complaint is that the mini-fridge was incredibly small and shallow, only fitting about five small drinks.
Also, the front desk is located on the 24th floor, with the actual hotel rooms on floors above that. This meant we had to transfer elevators every time we went out, but fortunately, the elevators were very fast.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the furniture and decorations were very textured, showing the hotel's care. The hot water was stable and plentiful, and the bathing experience was excellent. The main thing was that the hot spring experience was so good, and there was a massage chair after the bath, which was a perfect detail! After a good night's sleep, the whole person was refreshed. The JR station is right at the door, and the location is perfect. There is a popular bakery not far away, which is really delicious, but there are too many people queuing
Incredible! The hotel lobby boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that offer direct views of Inuyama Castle, with a lush green lawn stretching out beautifully before it. The adjacent Urakuen Garden is said to be even more stunning in late autumn.
The rooms feature high-end amenities, are spotlessly clean, and elegantly designed. For breakfast, guests can choose between Western or Japanese set meals. The bottled milk is exceptionally delicious, and coffee milk is also available. Fruits, pudding, and salad are served buffet-style, all very tasty and fresh. Beverages include freshly squeezed juices and freshly ground coffee. I highly recommend booking a stay with breakfast included!
The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Inuyama Castle. After exploring the castle, you can also enjoy a pleasant stroll along the charming street nearby.

It’s a great hotel located in the heart of Nagoya - Sakae is a great spot to see attractions and plenty of food options nearby. You can see Oasis21 and Mirai Tower, the ferris wheel and the restaurants nearby. You can do Lawson runs and enjoy the overall comfort of the hotel.
The Breakfast is awesome and I highly recommend getting it. Grindelwald was nice as well!
The room size, especially for a Japanese hotel, was quite generous. We booked a triple room with three single beds, and there was still enough space to open our large suitcases flat on the floor. The room was kept very clean. On our first day, we noticed the sink wasn't draining properly, but to our surprise, it had already been fixed by the time we returned on the second day. The housekeeping service was also very prompt and efficient. We were on a high floor, offering nice views of the city, especially at night. The hotel itself was very quiet. There's a convenience store nearby, along with a small shopping mall and a drug store, making it quite convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel has direct access to the subway from its second floor, allowing easy transfers at Nagoya Station to other subway lines and JR trains to various destinations. While the location might not be as central as a Marriott, it's an excellent choice if you prefer a quieter stay. You're just one subway stop away from major transfer points.
Fast check in with self check in kiosk. Great location, room clean with normal amenities slipper, tooth brush but the bathroom is not very suitable for the elderly. It has a high step to get to the bathroom with a bathtub. It comes with breakfast and I enjoyed the breakfast very much . Thank you.

I’ve stayed various good hotels but the hotel is no.1 so far! Staffs are very friendly but polite, they offer special arrangements by observing customers, so professional. The room was nice too, clean and spacious. The 2F restaurant for Dinner buffet was impressive too. Would like to try 30F French next time. Definitely we will com back!

GGuest UserFantastic experience overall. The staff, from the doorman to the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room, amenities, and bathroom were all five-star quality, comparable to what I'd expect from a luxury hotel back home. Complimentary snacks were a delicious touch. I particularly appreciated that the toiletries were a high-quality European aromatic brand, not just generic ones, and the slippers were very comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of fish dishes, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. I, unfortunately, was busy packing and regret missing out.
The location is superb; a subway exit is right outside, and across a major road are Parco and Matsuzakaya department stores, offering incredible convenience for shopping and dining. The hotel also features a restaurant that's worth checking out.
A heads-up for airport transfers: it can be a bit confusing at Kanayama station because several train lines share the same track, making it easy to board the wrong train. Always double-check for the 'Airport Line'!

SSammyRest24I booked these rooms for my children his friends Everyone agreed that this is one of the best hotel in Nagoya and the room is cleaned and nice, with moderate size . But the location is supered, right in the middle of everything. Will book again for September stay for my business trip

GGuest UserThe location isn't ideal. It's a 20-minute walk to both the Sakae shopping district and Nagoya Station. While a 1000 yen taxi ride isn't expensive on its own, it quickly adds up if you need to take it multiple times a day.
My previous impressions of meticulous Japanese room cleaning were completely shattered on this trip. On my first day, I found a significant clump of hair on the bathroom floor after washing my hair. To my surprise, it was still there when I returned on the second day, and it wasn't removed until the third day.
With three people staying, the room felt even more cramped. There wasn't even a stool provided. I eventually had to ask the front desk for one, just so we had a place to sit.
The sofa bed, which was essentially a converted sofa, was only long enough for a child, despite the fact that I had clearly booked for three adults. My husband's feet stuck out significantly when he slept on it.
