The people in the hotel are all very nice and friendly.
Cleanliness is great.
Staff very helpful and chatty and you have the feeling that the guests are very welcome.
Breakfast the Arab Lebanese style tasted quite good ππΌπ
So if I come back to Beirut next year, I would love to come back to this hotel.

One of the best hotels in Beirut.. But its rebuilding they have small pool, the food wasn't that great.. Other than those things everything was perfect.

The hotel is located in the famous red light district called super night. It is not safe to go out alone at night. But it is convenient to take the bridge. There is a sweet spot. Local features are recommended. The local traffic jam is small but the car is more than the cable car behind the hotel.

The facilities are a little bit old, but very clean. The service is very good. The hotel concierge gave me a lot of suggestions on where to eat and play, and also helped me take taxis all the time. The location is a little inconvenient.

We got poisoned from the terrible food during our 4 days stay, its very bad to see that happening in a 5 stars hotel or what it supposed to beβ¦

The weather is too hot, I can't go to the swimming pool at all, and it's too dry in the open air. The TV in the room cannot be played normally. The balcony is nice and can be used for leisure. The surrounding scenery is a bit bad, the swimming pool with the sea would have been nice, but next to it is an unfinished building, looking uncomfortable.

As I entered my suite, I was immediately struck by the sheer elegance and sophistication of the space. The living area was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. The bedroom exuded comfort and tranquility, with a sumptuous king-sized bed draped in the finest linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The marble-clad bathroom was a sanctuary in itself, featuring a deep soaking tub, a rainfall shower, and luxurious amenities that added to the overall indulgence.

RrobertVery friendly staff all around, just be careful with the taxi drivers from the airport highly suggest to book the taxi driver from the hotel . Especially Mr Toni Damien nice man friendly and he is very knowledgeable almost a tourist guide
