I like to host this hotel, everyone is very friendly, the service is very good, the food is very rich and varied, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, in general everything is very good

The whole is very good, there is a problem with the faucet in the bathroom, and it will spray directly out of the basin as soon as it is opened.

The facilities seem a bit small for the number of guests that we were. The pool is very small. The food isn't that bad, it's just that they take down the buffet very quickly. I really liked the location, it is near a small square where they sell very good food.

The hotel is very nice and everything is accessible, the staff is very attentive, I would stay again and I highly recommend it.

Normalmente el costo de la habitación doble es caro, sin embargo con el descuento por ser nuevo miembro en la aplicación Trip.com ya no fue tanto. Nos gusta ese hotel por la playa privada, el resto de las instalaciones son como en cualquier otro hotel de Acapulco y los alimentos son muy caros. Por lo menos, ahora, ya dan dos aguas de 250 ml de cortesía en cada habitación. Las instalaciones son limpias.

The hotel stated that it was opened in 1984, which is indeed long enough. The front desk of the hotel arranged a room on the 25th floor. Standing on the balcony, I suddenly felt that I came to the right place and chose the right hotel! Excellent location, beautiful appearance, and thoughtful design reflect the luxury of more than 40 years ago! Although the decoration level is decades ago, the space is spacious, the cabinets are large enough, hot water is available all day, the lights are bright, the electricity is sufficient, the air conditioner is easy to use, and the Internet is smooth. Although it is not luxurious, it is very practical. What's even more amazing is that the service attitude is very good. From the front desk to the dining room, from the floor to the swimming pool, the employees are very kind and enthusiastic. Although they don't understand Chinese, they all try their best to help us solve the problem and come back every day Cleaning up the clean and bright room, I feel sincerely satisfied! Con la reciente remodelación está muy bien, lo único malo es un se cobra el estacionamiento como adicional y no es dentro del hotel, es en unas instalaciones adicionales que aún está en remodelación
