I had a wonderful stay at Swiss Garden Hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is very strategic — just about 15-20mins walk to the Red House, Jonker Street, and the riverside, where you can find plenty of nice bars, local food, and spots to explore. The free private parking was a big plus, especially for those driving in.
Highly recommended for travelers looking for a relaxing and hassle-free holiday — a perfect place to chill and enjoy Melaka at your own pace.

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious choices, it’s just a stone’s throw away from Alamanda Mall, and the service is absolutely excellent. Got nice view!!

The Hilton DoubleTree in Malacca proved to be a very convenient stop on our family trip, thanks to its location on the bus route. We appreciated the clean and pleasant ambiance, the polite and helpful staff, and the great views. We'll definitely book again on our next visit!
I stayed for 2 nights and had pleasant experience. The check -in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable -the bed especially was great after long day of travel.Swimming pool-clean and well maintained, with shallow area that was perfect for toddlers and a separate section for adults.
The location is very convenient, with restaurant and shops nearby and it's easy to get around.
Great for families - we'd definitely come back!!

I had a pleasant stay at the homestay. The unit was nice, spacious, and comfortable, with a lovely view of Melaka town. It was a relaxing place to unwind after exploring the city.
I appreciated that the unit came with a washing machine, which was very convenient. However, there was no dryer and no designated place to dry clothes, which made laundry a bit challenging.
Overall, it's a great place for a short stay, especially if you're looking for comfort and a good view. Just keep in mind the limited laundry drying options if you're planning a longer visit.
Stayed at Park Royal A'Famosa Melaka, and although it's marketed as a 5-star hotel, the overall experience felt more like 3.5 stars. The facilities are noticeably outdated, and the room cleanliness was not up to standard — it lacked the level of care and attention you’d expect from a high-end hotel.
We booked a room for four people, but it was quite cramped. Once the beds were in place, there was barely any room to move around, which made it a bit inconvenient for a family stay.
The breakfast leaned heavily towards local Malay cuisine and was just average. Don’t expect a wide or international selection. That said, the hotel pool was the highlight of our stay. It’s well-designed for families with children, and our kids had a great time — definitely a plus point.
There’s an outlet mall nearby, but there aren’t many food options or interesting places to eat.
Overall, it’s a decent choice if you're just looking for a place to relax and let the kids enjoy the pool. But if you're expecting true 5-star quality and service, you may end up disappointed.
Modern and high tech hotel, the hotel provides free parking and has many restaurants within walking distance.
Check-in was easy as staff can speak good English and instructions were clear.
Rooms are modern and has many amenities like body lotion, slippers, toothbrush set and more. The room also provides a good view of the city scape.
Air-conditioning is quite good, cools the room quickly even in hot weather.
I came to the hotel via motorcycle, the carpark is sheltered and has a security guard looking after it 24/7.
Highly recommended to stay here if your budget allows.

I stayed at Estadia Hotel and booked the suite and honestly, the room was stunning! Super spacious with 2 bedrooms, 3 comfortable beds (1 king bed + 2 single bed) and 2 bathrooms, definitely worth it if you’re coming with family or friends.
However, one small downside is the parking area. From the parking to the lobby, it’s not really luggage-friendly. There’s a small set of stairs, so you’ll need to lift your bags instead of just rolling them, and it gets a bit hot around that area.
Breakfast was decent, but the options for Malay food were quite limited. There was only nasi lemak available, which felt a bit too simple considering the variety you’d usually expect at a hotel.
Other than that, the suite itself was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay.

Second time staying in this hotel, first in May2023.
Room is well maintained.
I booked room with 2 double bed, it is spacious ~ except a little bit dusty.
Toiletries are provided but no comb.
This round I skip breakfast so can’t comment.
Parking is available.
Location is okay for me as self drive.
Short drive to Jonker Street and Aeon supermarket.
The swimming pool is nice, kids love it.

BBulanqibaopakemeilisuoThe hotel has a distinct character with its rich Nanyang (Southeast Asian) charm, offering truly excellent value for money. Breakfast is à la carte with many options to choose from, though it wasn't particularly delicious or memorable. The rooms were also reasonably clean. Overall, it's a hotel that provides fantastic value.
