The location of this hotel was perfect. Unfortunately there is no view of the beach, but you can be on the beach within 5 minutes. There is also a supermarket and bakery very close by. Because there was a refrigerator in our room, we could easily store food and drinks to take with us on our adventures in Scheveningen. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the hotel 24/7, so we could be out late and still get into our hotel room. The hygiene was fine. Everything was just neat and clean, and we got clean towels when needed.

This hotel’s winning points are the swimming pool, spa room and breakfast! The staff in the breakfast area are great. For the spa room, the first room given to us the sauna was not working so they needed to switch us to another room. We went from an amazing view to just looking over a roof of the building next to it. The manager in charge at that time said theyo have other available rooms that is similar with better view but we need to pay extra. It was a bit ironic. Nevertheless, we tried to enjoy the rest of our time there. It is isolated and a long walk from everything else so it is ideal for that kind of holiday. Best to take car and not public transport going there.

The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.

Prima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!

The hotel parking lot is large and convenient. The room is clean and relatively spacious overall. The hotel breakfast is slightly simple, mainly bread and eggs.

Nice NH with pool and some wellness facility. Everything was good apart from having to wait for the room to get ready. We checked in at around 16:20 but the room was not ready for another 25 min.

It is located close to Den haag World Forum (5 minutes). The reception was also kind enough to upgrade the computer twin room to a superhero twin room. The veranda was spacious and nice, but the downside was that the nearby amenities were more than 10 minutes away, but everything was good.
