I had a wonderful one-night stay at Suite Homes Service Apartment. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful valley view that made the experience feel peaceful and refreshing.The highlight of my stay was enjoying a yummy breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the stunning scenery — such a perfect way to start the day! The food was fresh, tasty, and served with warm hospitality. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Even for just one night, it felt like a mini getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

In my personal opinion, this is one of the absolute best hotels in Kathmandu. I have stayed here a few different times and every single time. It has been absolutely incredible. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are the most comfortable beds. I’ve slept on in Nepal. The sheets and the blankets are so soft and comfortable. The shower and the bathroom is immaculately clean. The heated toilet seats are definitely a bonus. The service is beyond incredible. The Internet is really fast compared to most hotels in Nepal. And the restaurant is pretty solid. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nepal.

I stayed in a standard room, not a deluxe room, which cost 325 RMB per night. I walked past the garden of this hotel and was attracted by the beautiful garden, so I booked a room from Ctrip. I didn't expect that the room was very different from the garden. First of all, the area of ​​the standard room was only about 10 square meters, and the quality of the bedding was similar to that of domestic guesthouses, and certainly not as good as the bedding of Home Inn or Hanting.

Thanks to the tour groups overbooking the west wing I was put into a twin suite room and discovered room service at the Dalai La. Having had weeks of Dahl and rice and noodles, it was great to binge on pizza and burgers. Internet was a bit intermittent on the 5th floor but the room is quieter than those facing the courtyard in the west wing.

Near Patan, the service is very good, there is air conditioning, the surrounding is very convenient, there are big shopping malls and small supermarkets, there is a small bookstore nearby, there are many restaurants around. The top floor of the hotel is a terrace bar, the scenery is beautiful, you can walk to Patan Palace. The price is slightly higher than the surrounding area, but it is worth it.

During my 10 days of stay I truly loved the hotel, the staff from reception to house keeping were amazing and above all Kishor from reception and Saroj, how can only forget hom, what great person. Absolutely loved the hotel and stay! Cosy clean rooms, great vibes, food and passionate service (from security guards to housekeepers at every level)! Breakfast buffet has great selections and very tasty menu, service staff is extremely attentive to your needs and service deserves great commendation (every single one of them)! It was a bit difficult to read the names off the badges, managed to only saw Sabina’s and Arun’s name but there are just so many more staff whom I’d like to show appreciation from front desk to concierge and really everyone! They do not just serve you but engage with you through conversations making you feel at ease and like at home during the stay. Liked how the laundry system works and also the gym which are both 24 hours. No complaints at all and I would definitely like to stay here again when I am at Nepal the next round. 10/10 recommend and you will have no regrets!
