I stayed at Novotel Makkah and overall everything was excellent. The only downside is the distance from Masjidil Haram, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus service. However, it’s important to note that the bus should always be on standby at least 30 minutes before prayer time and depart no later than 20 minutes before the adhan.

We had a great experience with the hotel staff, the hotel itself was very modern and felt more like a 5 star hotel. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to travel to Jeddah. Thank you staff.

A new hotel, everything is very good, with children, family travel, the environment is the most important, very comfortable. There is also an outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop, which is great and the children are very happy. Also provided drinks from the mini bar

The room is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows that can see the temple, swimming pool, and gym. The clerk is very enthusiastic and helps with taxis, invoices, and travel suggestions. All in all, it is a very good hotel. If I have the chance to go there next time, I will choose it again

The location is good 👍 parking and building very clean. The only thing that was bad for me was the pool, the water was so cold 🥶 so bad for the kids.

The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to get some much-needed rest after long days of prayers and exploration. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring the room was spotless each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, from local Saudi dishes to international fare, all prepared with fresh ingredients. I also dined at the in-house restaurant for dinner a couple of times, and the meals were absolutely delightful. There is a well-equipped fitness center, which I found extremely beneficial to keep up with my exercise routine. The business center also came in handy as I needed to catch up on some work during my stay. Overall, my experience at Violet Hotel was exceptional. The combination of its prime location, excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic dining options make it a great choice for any traveler.

Hotel was really nice with all 5 star amenities. Room was large and clean. Washroom was big and super clean. Only problem was it's location. Very far from Haram. Shuttle service during last ashra of ramadan was very tricky with no check n balance from Hotel management. Taxi's were super expensive charging 50-80 riyals one way to and from Haram. However you can also take # 10 Makkah bus to Haram which charges only 4 riyals. The bus stop is right next to Hotel and drops at Jabal e Kabah station. Overall Hotel was value for money.

2 nights to discover Jeddah, close to the corniche, there is a chicken restaurant next door, to go to the old town ALBALAD uber 16 euros round trip, the hotel is clean, acceptable
