The staff remembered me, and just like before, I was greeted with warm, smiling faces from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Please go to Joshua in the front desk who will make you feel very much welcome and even offer you upgrades, and free welcome Tanzania wine and fruits! Shout-out also to Khadijah our housekeeping manger who made sure all is smooth at arrival.. Really appreciated! Room is classy, clean, and sharp! Hotel is in good location few steps from ferry terminal. Personnel are extremely friendly! Please stay here.

I stayed here on a business trip. I highly recommend it. It is located in the city, and the sea view rooms have a view of the harbor. The hotel facilities are very modern, almost the level of a 4.5-star hotel in China. The room I stayed in also had a large refrigerator and kitchen, which is very practical for business travelers who stay for more than a week. The hotel is in good sanitary condition, and the service staff is also very enthusiastic. It is worth staying.

The hotel room is very good, not as good as in the photos, but the hotel front desk promised to refund the early check-out, and the foreman agreed to the refund, but it was invalid, and finally insisted on charging the full amount. I paid on the Ctrip version, thank you very much Hotel room is very good, but the promise word from the front desk or the manager stuffs proves not valid. Any words from the front desk need to record the voice or the word evidence

This is a decent hotel in a good location with lots of restaurants and bars. The staff is helpful, and the breakfast was my favorite with numerous options. I would recommend it.
