The rivers merge here and can at times especially around rains get heavy and rushing - Please do not let small children play unattended on the property or in the common shared center court-yard. Our unit shares 1 wall with our neighbor. You will share the 10 acres of small trails and natural landscaping with the other homeowners. The interior is simple, clean and has everything you need for a short or extended stay. There's parking on site. We also have a driver who is available for pick-ups in Cuenca or at the airport. We ask our guests to refrain from smoking or using any chemicals, perfumes or aerosols. Please be respectful of the natural pristine location, the local residents and park rules.
