The room facilities are OK, it is very convenient to be a step away from the Vatican, and the traffic can be very close to the subway. But the downside is that there is no kettle and no cup in the bathroom. And there is no one at the front desk to pick up the waiter, and the door lock has to call. This is not convenient for overseas customers!

We are so glad we found such a beautiful place for your holiday. Good safe area, quite quiet. All the sights are nearby. There are restaurants without tourists, only Italians and they are beautiful, with affordable price. We really liked the concept of our housing. There is also a kitchen and in the room all the facilities, the room is not small. I was pleased with modern fresh repair. A beautiful bed (I can't sleep on my bed at home 😀). You come to the room and you have everything cleaned, everything is folded in places, coffee and candy. Fully corresponds to the description on the website. Maria and Christine are wonderful, friendly and always ready to help, the language barrier has not noticed at all. If we visit Rome again, we will definitely stop here. Thank you, from Russia with love ❤️

Location: Walk to the ”Colosseum” and ”Metro B Line” in 10-15 minutes, slightly sloped, in a residential area, relatively safe and quiet, there are many restaurants to choose from, cheap Pizza to Italy Meal, 24-hour supermarket. However, the road at the entrance was not smooth, there were pits everywhere, and the cigarette butts and garbage were everywhere. Breakfast: Breakfast included, but everyone can ignore it, just when there is no breakfast. The biscuit bread and the like can be taken out as a snack in the afternoon. There are many small shops around the apartment to eat breakfast, or buy something to cook yourself. Room facilities: refrigerator, oven, pots and pans are complete, condiments need to be prepared. I am booking a room in the 1 bedroom and 1 living room. The sense of space is definitely stronger than the hotel. The shower is enough for a bath of up to two men in a water heater. A female companion with long hair recommends a detour. If one person washes, there is no hot water. It takes 40-60 minutes, the shower room is very small, and the spray water is very small. And the installation position of the faucet is unreasonable, it is easy to come across, and it takes a lot of trouble to take a shower. The color of the room is too heavy, it is a bit unacceptable. Service: The service of the apartment is the same as the legend. The two younger brothers are very enthusiastic. One of them is a Chinese descendant who speaks Chinese. He gives a warm and careful introduction to the surrounding situation and can help arrange a taxi. The apartment provides free laundry, usually an apartment. A washing machine will be provided for you to wash yourself. This is rare in Europe. Every day someone cleans the room (when going out and talking to the front desk, because only 9:00 - 1:00 is the cleaning time) remind: There is currently no elevator in the apartment (the installation date, the date of completion is unknown, the Italian style of slow-moving work is not fixed for half a year), the height of the 1st floor of the apartment is equivalent to the height of 1.5 floors in the country, and the concept of the ground floor, I live in the apartment 4 The floor and the ground floor are actually on the 5th floor, plus the floor height is 1.5 times that of our country, so I calculated the height equivalent to 7-8th floor. If you have a baggage, you can imagine that they The service is very good, someone will help you to pick it up, send it down, and I will exercise myself. In addition, the reception time from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm, if the evening flight arrives, the apartment will be in advance and they will wait for the door. Recommend a nearby ”Ristorante Colosseo Luzzi” restaurant, traditional Italian family restaurant, cheap and delicious, on-site charcoal test pizza, Roast Lamb awesome, almost every day at the door line, their family rest on Wednesday. You can consider eating this house from the Colosseum and walking for 10 minutes.

The location of the hotel is very good, only 700 meters away from the station and the Colosseum. The price is not particularly expensive when visiting Italy during the Christmas years. My family stayed here, but I felt a little dizzy in the room when I first came in, so I opened the window for ventilation for a while.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Le Suite Downtown! This boutique hotel is a hidden gem. The moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by a delightful and refreshing scent, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The level of cleanliness in the room was impeccable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. What truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Marina. Her recommendations were spot on, whether it was guiding me through the city's attractions or suggesting the best places to dine and unwind. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for the area added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip.

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

HHave to travelObjection evaluation: Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters). Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself. The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in. Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking. The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom. That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~

Amazing
Jjessie3315The environment is tidy, the service staff is good, the front desk also helps to carry luggage, breakfast is better, and it is within 10 minutes' drive from the airport. The only drawback is that there is no shuttle bus to the airport, taxis are required, and taxi drivers are too close, the asking price is 30 euros, and the last 20 euros are sold. There are many restaurants and bars near the hotel, but I chose two different restaurants for two meals, and they all tasted bad, which was the worst trip in Italy.

TThe Black Asian JaThis hotel is very compact but they maximized on the actual accommodation space. My room was on another building and the receptionist who was very sweet, gave me a tutorial with the keys and elevator. If you're not as familiar with Europe as I am, this was am absolutely necessary step. Once I was in, the room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was just as nice. Sitting on the Tiber river, from the hotel, you get a nice view of the river and street below. The room was also surprisingly very quiet as I was unable to hear any traffic once the windows were closed. Breakfast was served in my room at precisely the requested time on my first morning which was tasty and wholesome and for my second morning, I needed to go to the breakfast station on the main building... which was okay. The location is 10 to 15 minutes walk from most of the sites and about 30 to 35 minutes walk from the colessuem. I felt quite safe while walking but still vigilant of course and the reception also gave me a map, showed me how to use and and educated me on the best routes to take to maximize my time. All in all, great room, service and location. I would highly recommend. For improvements though, they could give their guest an oral care set and bed slippers as with many hotels I stayed at on this trip

Outstanding
AAmyThe hotel’s location is excellent — most attractions are just a short walk away, and there’s a metro station right next to it. Every morning, two shared bikes would automatically appear at the entrance, which was super convenient. 😃 The hotel is in one of the safest areas, right beside the Spanish Steps. Just a couple of steps away and you're in the shopping district. It’s right by the street, which makes getting around easy, but there’s absolutely no noise — it’s perfect. The host was extremely patient and friendly. When we first arrived, he helped us get inside smoothly and was always quick to respond to our messages, no matter how many questions we had. He also recommended many nearby restaurants, which we tried — they were all really delicious! The staff were also very kind. I believe they’re all very professional and good at their jobs. They cleaned the room with great care, helped us turn on the air conditioning, closed the curtains, and even warmly helped us check metro routes. The room itself was perfect — very spacious, with a super comfortable bed and everything we could possibly need. There were two air conditioners and two TVs, and the bathroom was also big and spotlessly clean. We had a truly enjoyable stay here.😃

GGuest UserThe hotel has a certain quirkyness to it, which I found enlightening. The hotel can be difficult to find at first, with a small sign and on the 4th floor. Though very centrally located to most places of interest within walking distance, St.Peters, the Collosuim, Trevi fountain and very close to the Pantheon (I did this all in a day!). The lift/elevator does lend itself to one that Poirrot would have been comfortable using, in a positive way and something that I enjoyed using. A very good selection for a robust breakfast to help you start the day and fresh. The room was clean, comfortable and suitable for either one or two people for as long as required. I had the on suite bathroom. The staff were very sympathic to my questions and were very helpful. Please thank the gentleman that waited patiently for my arrival and also the cleaner, who was even more helpful and alway happy to help. This will be my first port of call, if ever I come back to Rome. Thank you.

EEmana cozy and budget-friendly accommodation option. This bungalow seems to cater to travelers looking for simplicity and affordability. With basic amenities like two single beds, an electric heater, and essential supplies like blankets and toilet roll no towels, it provides a practical place to stay. The shared shower and bathroom might require some upkeep, but the staff's friendliness and willingness to help can make the experience more pleasant. The navetta service £1 to the train station is a convenient feature, especially for those on a budget. The mention of needing a phone torch at night highlights the rustic charm of the location, while the 18-minute walk from the bus station adds a bit of adventure. Overall, it seems like a great option for humble travellers looking to save money and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.
