服務：老闆的服務絕對滿分，語言交流順暢，而且車接車送。因為酒店距離中心有15分鐘步行距離，因此拖家帶口，有接送很方便。因為擔心吃飯餐廳緊張，老闆也很熱心提供了預約餐廳服務，異國他鄉很感動。
環境：旅館佈置很漂亮，也很乾凈，客廳旁邊有簡單的廚房，有一晚選擇在本地超市採購，老闆提供餐具鍋碗瓢盆和調料。因此新增了本地人做飯吃的體驗。
雖然是傳統日式木質結構的門，晚上睡覺還是很安靜的。
設施：温泉有2個，每個家庭分時段使用。每天換水。
本來以為公共浴室不方便，其實很方便，很整潔。
第一次寫這麼多的評價，也是第一次定民宿，很感謝老闆為我們一家提供好的服務，老闆是日本人，也通過他了解了很多日本文化。由布院之旅很完美。

If you're looking for a budget-friendly hostel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. The owner couple is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home right away. I was greeted by a new roommate and the owner even took us on a night tour to Kinrin Lake and Floral Village, which was such a lovely surprise. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, and the couple’s romantic gesture of singing a beautiful thank-you song before you leave just adds a special touch. Their voices are stunning, and it truly makes you want to return

Very nice！位置安靜，離主幹道不遠但有一小段距離，乾淨舒適。室內外温泉非常舒服，很典型的日式園林別墅，環境極好。

SStephanie_LI originally booked this hotel for the convenience of going to Mount Aso, but I didn't realize that the volcano had been closed for some time.
This hotel is located in a far outskirts, but the facilities are very good and the environment is beautiful. When we arrived, the owner was very enthusiastic and explained. We didn't understand Japanese, so he translated to us on the phone. The hot spring is in another room, and there were not many guests that night. Our family could enjoy one hot spring room, and everyone was very satisfied. The room is large, with one bed per person and complete facilities.
The breakfast the next day was Western-style and very rich. The bakery owner who couldn't finish it packed it for us and took it away. No food was wasted. Very good service. 
There is also an astronomical telescope on the grassland. Unfortunately, it was very cloudy that night, so there was no chance to see the stars. No wonder the hotel has ”Galaxy” as its name. I think you can see the Milky Way in the sky when the weather is good. I hope to have the opportunity to come back next time.
Fortunately, Mount Aso suddenly opened again after checking out, and we actually saw the volcano!

The owner is a nice man who speaks good English and takes good care of the house.
In addition to the shared bathroom, kitchen and living room, that there are 3 rooms with futon beds, separated by a thin paper wall. Each room can host 2 to 3 guests.
If rooms are full, you can hear everything as if there was no separation. I could literally hear people whispering.
The owner offered me to use a scooter for free during my 2 days stay, which is awesome.
There are some nice hikes to do in the area. The hike along the river to the Inukai JR station 15km away was amazing (there are closer JR stations).
You'll love this place if you are looking for an authentic experience in a quiet rural setting.

GGuest Userwe are group of 3 adults 2 kids and 1 baby. The hotel is clean, and utensils for cooking are useful. We were able to cook for our own dinner. laundry area with a heating exhaust fan is good for drying clothes over the night.
The only thing is the stairs is a bit dangerous for babies and young kids as they are quite steep. Otherwise our stay had been perfect.

Environment: About 10 minutes drive from the train station, the hotel driver will pick up and drop off, the hotel environment is very quiet.
Service: The service is very good, the hotel room is 10, the service staff is both in the number of jobs, but the service is very thoughtful.
Facilities: There is a bookstore upstairs in the check in, you can order coffee, very comfortable. The room is fully equipped and there is a private soup in the room.

YYuki UyangaThis spacious accommodation is ideal for a family getaway with several members. It was tidy and cozy, making it a pleasant place to stay with my kids. The highlight was the garden outside and the large windows that let in the morning sun, creating a lovely atmosphere for breakfast while gazing outside. Unfortunately, the hot spring was out of order when we got there, but it appeared to be large enough for two people to enjoy. I was initially concerned that the size of the apartment would make it chilly upon arrival, but the heating system was effective, and the place warmed up quickly.

The service is good. Plus, it is only 200 meters to Donki. If I have a chance to go to this city, I will go back to stay again.

VVacharaditWe arrive at Pension Yufuin late(6pm). Hotel is 800meter walk from JR station which is a pleasant walk. Small hotel with owner looking after the place. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It’s a small hotel with 2 indoor onsen, 1 outdoor onsen which is incredible. Room are small but comfortable. Will definitely comeback.

KKimeddieThe location is not too far from Beppu Station, and the ocean is right in front of it. There are buses that can take you to various places. It's very good. There is a bath on the first floor where you can take a hot spring bath. You can also cook simple meals in the free space. For food, there is a mart on the first basement floor of the department store across from the nearby Beppu North Bus Terminal. And the service of the staff is very good. The price is also reasonable. I highly recommend it.
