Was a very very clean room! It's much better than the photo and very close to the lake. My friend and I lost our passports, and the administrator helped us communicate with the bus station and we got them back successfully! It's worth staying here, thanks sister! ! !
Located just off the Yamanakako IC exit, our guesthouse provides easy access to attractions like Hana no Miyako Park, Red Fuji Onsen, and Oshino Hakkai, with stunning views of Mount Fuji on clear days. We offer both Japanese-style and Western-style rooms with luxurious interiors and full amenities. The bus station is right outside, and our parking lot accommodates up to three cars, perfect for both short and long stays.
OVERALL PERFECT PLACE TO STAY AND RELAX…. WILL RECOMMEND TO MY FRINEDS AND FAMILY, AND WILL COMEBACK SOON FOR SURE… THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD EXPERIENCED AND VERY GOOD ACCOMMODATION… MORE SUCCESS AND BLESSINGS
From the room, you can see Mount Fuji. It is very fast to go to the shore of Hirano. If you want to see the morning sunshine in Jinshan, you can open the curtains to see the clarity of Mount Fuji today and then decide whether to go downstairs. There is a private bathroom in the room. The room is large and the hotel is not new overall. You have to carry your luggage upstairs without elevator. It takes7-8 minutes to drag your luggage from Hirano bus station to the hotel.
I traveled with my mom since she came to visit and hasnt been to the area, it's easily the best service I've ever received - the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful and the property is absolutely gorgeous. I definitely plan on returning in the future, perhaps yearly for a getaway. Thank you so much for the delightful stay!
The location is very good, the facilities on site are also excellent.
The customer service is very weak, especially considering it is a self check in policy, theoretically the accommodation will contact you via WhatsApp or Line or E-mail to send you the check in code….theoretically. To this day I haven't received my code, we managed to enter by entering the name of the person who made the reservation. It turns out that in the case of accommodation without reception, some guests may have doubts and feel uncomfortable with the lack of communication.
I checked in with 5 points, and the service attitude is super good! Good price! It's very spacious for a family to stay and experience the Japanese home environment, with all the pots and pans available! It’s just that the bedding is so mediocre that I can’t sleep soundly!
Come to Qingli, the European wind town, stay at the B&B is very good, very close to the station, the B&B does not have Wi-Fi, just bring your own data card, breakfast is good, only one day in Qingli, went to Mengmu Village, Qingquanyi, Thank you very much to the owner of the B&B, very good people, take us to Dongze Bridge, Yebianshan Station flashed photos, followed to Qingquan ~ entrance to put down our own visit, see Mount Fuji, Bayue 👍, if you have the opportunity to come again, you will go hiking in Dongguan Creek Valley.
A very nice guesthouse-style hotel with relatively large rooms compared to traditional Japanese hotels. It’s very convenient for self-driving, with a parking lot right downstairs. From the left side of the window, you can catch a distant view of a corner of Mount Fuji. Great value for the price. However, there is one downside: the shower water flow is inconsistent, alternating between strong and weak, hot and cold throughout the day, as mentioned in other reviews. Hopefully, this issue can be improved soon.

GGuest UserI took my mother out to play and chose Yamanakako specifically. There were few people and it was quiet to see the red leaves. I stayed for two nights and slept until I woke up naturally. The environment was very good and I could walk out to see the red leaves festival.
The transportation was very convenient. I rented a bicycle from the boss. I rode to Yamanakako on the first day, took the bus to Kawaguchiko at the door on the second day, and continued to ride. On the third day, I rode to Oshino Hakkai. 😃
I was too lazy to go to Gotemba, but it was also very convenient after looking at the map. In the evening, I ate the boss's recommended Shoya and the boss's beef hot pot. The boss's wife was very enthusiastic and honest. Next time I bring my baby here to stay and continue to ride a bike. 😃😃
GGuest UserExcellent location, just a few minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The room was spacious with a tatami bed and a bunk bed, it can comfortably sleep 3 people. There is also an air purifier in the room. The bathroom and toilet are shared, they are spotless.
AAnonymous UserSuper friendly staff, ryokan style rooms are clean with a great view of Fujisan when you open the window! Its right across from Kawaguchiko Station so super convenient to travel around and find shops, Kawaguchiko lake, restaurants, and there is also a public hot bath for you to enjoy as well! The bathroom and showers are shared but I don't find any problem with my two nights stay. Will definitely be back again!
TTangkwaWe stayed in 106. The house is fantastic. Very clean and new. The host prepared everything we need. The house has a mountain Fuji on the rooftop. But the hotel located with a small road. The driver must be very careful to drive.
AAnonymous UserI stayed overnight at Glamping Villa Hanz Kawaguchiko and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa offered the perfect blend of luxury and nature, with stunning views of Mount Fuji in the background. The tent was spacious, stylishly furnished, and equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The outdoor barbecue setup made for a fun and delicious dinner under the stars. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Waking up to the view of the mountain and the fresh air was truly refreshing. If you’re looking for a unique and cozy glamping experience near Kawaguchiko, this is the place to be.
GGreg TideyPerfectly Nestled into the Japanese Mountainside. The owners are truly one of kind and so nice to a random American Traveler. The included Dinner each night of your stay is superbly balanced and freshly cooked 5 courses. 🙏🏻
GGuest UserThe location is located opposite Lake Kawaguchi and Mount Fuji. Every home has a perfect view of Mount Fuji. You can easily see Fuji in the lake as soon as you wake up. The house is very large and the bathroom is well-equipped. You can take a bath while looking at the lake view. The disadvantage is that there are no chairs. They are all kneeling in the traditional Japanese style, which is difficult for foreigners to sit for a long time. In addition, the kitchen equipment is a bit rudimentary. It is possible to cook but it is a bit laborious.
GGuest UserEach room, or rather each hut, is separated, so it is generally quiet. In the morning, I heard several kinds of bird calls. There is a love hotel nearby, but I don't know if it is currently open. There were moments when I could faintly hear those sounds, but it was at a level that you wouldn't notice if the TV was playing music. I left the lights on and no insects appeared. Amenities are plentiful. There is only a convenience store and two restaurants nearby, so if they are closed or closed, you have no choice but to go to the convenience store. Also, if you use public transportation, there is a bus stop nearby, but the number of buses is small, and delays of about 15 minutes seem to be normal during the tourist season. You need to be very careful when transferring.
KkimkimujintaniIt takes about 15 minutes to walk from Kofu Station. There was a staff inside. (Recently, Japanese guest houses are corona and there are many unmanned places where staff do not correspond.) The staff response was normal. The building is also like that, but the building was old and it was a Russian style building that reminded me of the old building when I traveled to Russia from Japan.
