The condo is located on the 5th floor, which allows a great breeze through out the unit and great views of the bay. Sorry no children under 13. Enjoy watching the whales in the bay or watching the surfer right in front of the condo. The pool area provides a great place to lie in the sun or take a dip in the pool.
