The facilities are decent and the hygiene is good. Check-in was convenient; you just need to fill out a registration form with the security staff at the front desk. For trash disposal, head to the security floor, exit the elevator, turn left, and you'll find a trash room in the parking lot. The 9th-floor swimming pool is excellent, and my child absolutely loved it. There's also a gym and outdoor fitness equipment. Overall, it's very convenient for families with children.

However, there are no toiletries or disposable slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. It's relatively close to attractions like Mural Street and the Nyonya Museum.

Had an amazing stay. A family member had bad food poisoning so we tried requesting for early check in. Was informed that at that time, around 12 noon the room was not ready but they had requested housekeeping to expedite cleaning. Before 2pm we received notification that the room is ready. Kudos to the team for accomodating our request as our family member was so grateful that sge can crawl between the clean bedsheets to rest! The unit is very clean. The water filter, steam iron & hair dryer came in very handy. We did not use the other things like induction, microwave & umbrella which was provided. Also appreciated the booklet with comprehensive info on food & places of interest. Host kept checking on us in case we needed anything. Thank you!!

MMartin1231234The hotel is located on the seaside, with large floor-to-ceiling windows from which you can enjoy the sea view. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops downstairs. There is free parking, but it is a little far from the city center, but overall it is acceptable.

AAnonymous UserWhat a wonderful hotel, booked for 2 nights and the stay was awesome. My son really enjoyed the pool. The room was so spacious, a king size bed and a single bed with alot of space leftover. This hotel and room has lots of antique furniture and pianos. Eventhough this hotel is brand new (completed in 2024) but it give out an old world charm, it's like living in a hotel from the 60s. I especially love the flooring, it's totally mesmerising. Parking was sufficient enough for my suv. There was even a coway water dispenser in the pantry. This hotel doesn't have a reception counter but it has a very unique key box check in system. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Penang.

JJason 98It is a small lodge with around 15 rooms and in close proximity to the beach beside the beach. The room is self-check in and out without hassle. Good getaway for weekends. Stand up paddle session also at the lodge every Saturday and Sunday

CClayNorthNot my first time staying at The Frame Guesthouse, and I think I will make a tradition out of it each time I visit Penang. Location is ideal as it’s close to the street art, street food, jetties and more. Staff are all super friendly and very helpful. As a solo backpacker I also found it very convenient and met a lot of cool people. I would happily recommend them to anyone coming to Penang!

AAudrey_TY99I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated the basic complimentary breakfast provided. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better.
However, the soundproofing could be improved as noises from the hallway and nearby rooms were quite noticeable. Also, parking can be a bit challenging as there are limited spots around the area but can still park at the public carpark near by or opposite the Anson Road market.
Overall, still a great place for a short and comfortable stay!
