everything just nice, just I don’t know how to handle the TV although there got tv box available. There got sofa bed can fit 2 ppl, 1 room with double bed, 1 room with single bed (is really small room), 1 bathroom (no need worry about the water pressure), kitchen with water filter, kettle, microwave, fridge, cutleries. House just next to lift, the sound proof at living area not really good, can hear outside ppl walking, room window sound proof ok. The parking locate at 6th floor and quite hard to go up & down, we decide park road side after that.

Very clean hostel, comfortable bed, clean toilet and bathroom. Fast wifi!! Although it is on the street, it is not noisy at all and you can sleep well.
The check-in instructions given by the landlord are very detailed, and it is very easy to check in by yourself. It is a very good experience.

I ask for sejadah but the staff said only have one and already take by other cust before me. Next morning I wait for my breakfast until 8am theres no breakfast serve. Dont know where can I ask cause theres no staff. I also whatapps the staff which I get the no at the door but no respond from them. cust from another room also asking for their breakfast and us waiting so long 🥲

Penginapan yang selesa disekitar Bayan Lepas. Lokasi terletak tidak jauh dari lapangan terbang Pulau Pinang. Ruangan bangunan SOHO komersial diubahsuai menjadi tempat penginapan. Terdapat dua bilik dan satu bilik air. Deposit diperlukan sebanyak RM200. Proses check in sangat mudah, dan parking juga disediakan.

What a wonderful hotel, booked for 2 nights and the stay was awesome. My son really enjoyed the pool. The room was so spacious, a king size bed and a single bed with alot of space leftover. This hotel and room has lots of antique furniture and pianos. Eventhough this hotel is brand new (completed in 2024) but it give out an old world charm, it's like living in a hotel from the 60s. I especially love the flooring, it's totally mesmerising. Parking was sufficient enough for my suv. There was even a coway water dispenser in the pantry. This hotel doesn't have a reception counter but it has a very unique key box check in system. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting Penang.

Room was basic but clean. Stairs to loft bed have no railing so your balance has to be okay.
What I liked: it’s very near the beach (but be careful going down the steep steps with a rusting and questionable guardrail). And it’s also a minute’s walk from the nearby food place with many affordable options for dinner. Not far from the bus stop. Penang’s bus services are not bad.
What I didn’t like: the positions of the room lighting are poor, including the bathroom where the opaque shower curtain blocks the bathroom light, and the loft where the bare bulb is right above your head and glows even when off. I unscrewed the bulb in order to stop that. Also, not many breakfast options nearby.
Music from a nearby nightspot could be heard along with some firecracker type noises some nights, but these died down by about 10pm so not a problem for me.
In all, I would rate this place a solid 4/5 and I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

CClayNorthNot my first time staying at The Frame Guesthouse, and I think I will make a tradition out of it each time I visit Penang. Location is ideal as it’s close to the street art, street food, jetties and more. Staff are all super friendly and very helpful. As a solo backpacker I also found it very convenient and met a lot of cool people. I would happily recommend them to anyone coming to Penang!

SSarah FatahThe guesthouse was clean. Location is excellent. Very near to Gurney Driver. Jalan kaki je dah sampai tempat makan. Boleh try pasemboq, nasi lemak, cendol semua ada. There’s also 7-Eleven close by.
Overall, easy to check in. Ada parking depan guesthouse dan tempat bersih.

Can buy water and put luggages in the Ace Mart .

GGuest UserI'm happy to stay and will repeat and come again. Lobby is nice and has many quiet spots to sit in - really nice to sit, relax and cool down after going out . I loved everything about this homestay. Breakfast is provided. When night time you feel hungry you can grab food, an umbrella, & all at the vending machine.
It's really helpful and a good idea. Nearby walking distance has many things to do. The Host service is very good, all questions are answered, it is very convenient to get in and out, And Highly recommended to stay . Safe and sound to stay.
