The house is clean and good. From the details provided, there are air conditioner room. However, when we depart, the child play room is without air conditioner. This was a shock to us and we have to arrange 2 person to sleep in the living room. Perhaps the details of the house provided can mentioned this clearly, to avoid misunderstanding and make some earlier arrangements.

Location was superb , really just next to Tambun . By few steps.
so easy go get there & all instruction to get the key is easy.
There is no shops or convenient shops that is walking distance, but there is a supermaket nearby, can just call grab to reach there.
The amenities was only like toothbrush toothpaste plates, utensils and also one kettle remember there is no microwave cannot cook inside so remember to buy food standby food you cannot cook even an instant noodles there so if you're hungry in the middle of the night make sure you have food ready because as I say it earlier on there is no shop no nothing there, no complimentary water as well so if you want to rent here, make sure you bring your water & food supplies. What you can do is only boil water. other than that everything seems good but the tenant need to be extra K on the cleanliness of the place. The bed was okay. The pillow and the bed was comfy. Air-conditioning all working well the living room room was comfortable comfortable is just that the cleanliness of the toilet have to be taken care more I think the cleaner didn't really clean the washroom. You can see watermarks here and day seems like it was not clean for ages. You can see the watermark so obvious. Make me feel so disgusting and you can see the clothes for what the table is so dirty there's no other clothes only one clothes to wipe the pebble no I didn't use that. It was disgusting. Other than that. I was happy with the place would be appreciate if the tenant at least can ready something to cook at least instant noodles because there is no shops there if I want to come back, I will still stay there. That is the best place to stay the nearest to Tambun.

The most interesting view near by (besides) Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh, Perak; the scenery looks very interesting and the view is great. All the facilities of this unit Onsen S-08-13 here and the comfort is good. The service from the management is also good and very helpful. Highly recommended to those out there who want the satisfaction of the Lost World of Tambun view, the location is also close to a few good places to go out to eat for domestic and foreign tourists. One of good place to stay in today.

The facilities were great. Room, linen, towels, etc were very clean and I was impressed with the quality of everything in general about the room.
Service provided by Mr. Kor was also responsive, friendly and helpful. Location was good with short walks to most places of interest in KS. Beautiful views of life in the river as well.
Did not managed to patronize the restaurant as it was only a short trip. Maybe next trip.
Everything was great. Maybe not as suitable at the moment for the less mobile/elderly as the Elevators are not yet installed, but everything else is top notch. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area.

GGuest Userthis is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.

GGuest UserThe look and feel of Sarang Paloh is lovely. It has an old world style which we loved. The location is also great, ten minutes from the station and close to lots of restaurants and spots in the old town.
The room has a nice style to it as does the garden you walk through. The room facilities were lacking, with no fridge and no safe which we would expect at this price point. Hot water in the shower doesn’t last long and they provide a 3 in 1 body wash, shampoo and conditioner, again something we wouldn’t expect at this price point. The hotel also doesn’t offer room cleaning. This may have been because we stayed for two nights only but this is not communicated on the website or at check in. This meant used cups or water bottles aren’t cleared nor is the rubbish bin emptied. We were also not made aware of locally available discounts for staying at the hotel.
All in all an ok stay but several small things made this not value for the money we paid.

NNicoleIt is a very lovely guest house with great atmosphere. Especially, I have to thank a staff who was on duty on 18th night shift sincerely. My grandmother was uncomfortable on that night, we were looking for pills to stop her stomach ache from the reception at around 3am in the midnight, the staff was very kind, he drove my sister to the nearest convenience store to get the pills and finally my grandmother felt better after that.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning Santorini-inspired aesthetics of this place. impeccably clean, cozy, and well-equipped with modern amenities, yet it retained a rustic charm that made it feel special. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the balcony was a delightful bonus. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or wind down in the evening.
The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on, making my trip even more enjoyable. Would definitely return!

WWan YingRoom was clean, 1 king bed and 1 single bed. Have small bath tub, kid like it much. Hotel have small kid pool as well, consider indoor. No worry raining day. Have mini cinema room, time allow until 9pm. We have good experience in hotel. One thing to improve is the sound insulation. Stay at level 2, kids pool noise clearly disturb during morning/evening nap.

BblablablacksheepWashroom have many baby cockroaches come out while showering🫠 also the ceiling have 🐭 running at midnight. Location and design all good but maybe it’s just an old shoplot, arrived around 5:30 and there was no one and needed to call the second num to get inside, there were 3 floors. Very hard to sleep at night with the hard mattress, been travelling to many places so far this is the first place that I hardly sleep in at all🙊 it’s good but won’t come back here anymore. The shower pump also broken and water only come out from 1 leaked corner.
