Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 with trees. Rowing boat, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 17 km, railway station "Säffle" 17 km, sandy beach "Nysäter" 12 km, indoor swimming pool 17 km. Fishing possibilities 1 km. No running water in the house. "Boda Åsen Jaktstugan", 1-room house 14 m2. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining table. Exit to the veranda. Kitchenette in the entrance (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the forest. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Kitchenette on the veranda. Drinking water from a faucet in approx. 40 m. Bathroom in separate hut in approx. 50 m.

Two quiet weeks in an old house, but furnished with style and love. The landlady, who lives about 100 meters away on the property, has given us many suggestions for cycling and hiking and in the best German. We will certainly book this holiday home again.
