I am booking for the third time and wanted to get some sleep, but this time I got a room with windows facing the street... It was terrible. On Monday the music played until 1:00 AM. And in the morning, at 8:00 AM, they started to hammer the asphalt right under the window with a jackhammer, and they kept hammering until I checked out!

It is quiet in a busy area. It is close to the airport but the sound of aircraft engines is almost unheard. It is far from the commercial street, but only 700 meters away from the Lotus Supermarket Commercial Complex. There is also a 711 nearby.
It was pretty good. I didn't see the cleaning sign in my room. I told the front desk that they would clean it. The breakfast was also very good. I will stay here again next time I come to Chiang Mai

The location is very good, surrounded by 24-hour Lanzhou Ramen, 7/11, McDonald's, etc., as well as coffee shops and massage parlors. It is 6 to 7 minutes away from Maya Mall and about ten minutes drive from the airport. Toiletries are not provided, but others are available.
A little out of the center but not bad. The bathroom is shared and clean. In the shower they always leave shampoo and shower gel. The sheets and towels are washed but with some old stains. A few steps away there are restaurants, bars, laundry. To go to the center it takes ten minutes by taxi at about 100 thb during the day and a little more at night. 15 minutes from the airport.
Great stay with a friendly staff
Nattidaplace is a clean and peaceful spot in Chiang Mai. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast, but the location requires a scooter (10 min to Old Town). Only one power outlet in the room, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great stay!
It's quite good, good atmosphere, hot water using gas, good view, cool weather, delicious buffet breakfast. I'm impressed. The door may be a bit hard to open and close due to its age. When walking, it shakes. Not to mention other things. But it's good that the sky dome is separated into different buildings.
Before you go, you must bring a bottle of mosquito repellent spray. You must close the bedroom door when you turn on the light at night, otherwise there will be many small bugs that receive the light to attract them to fly in. Fear of insects pay attention to the first night. The door did not close and flew in. There were a lot of bugs, and the scalp was numb and I caught the bug for an hour. It is recommended to bring a small light, turn on the light in the room and try to pull the curtains, the door is closed, it is suitable for friends who can eat a little bitter to come and lie flat, the price is very high, the scenery is beautiful, there is no industrial noise, no car roar, there is wind and birdsong... You can bring a little fruit snack, It is recommended to stay for at least two nights, one night is too tossing, and the rest is not good. The Thai hot pot of the little proprietress is delicious, the pork is very fresh, and the proprietress is very cute and kind. recommend

A friend recommended this small hotel in Chiang Mai, and after staying here, I completely understand why. It’s a small building, but as soon as I walked in, I was amazed. The bright, clean, and well-coordinated tone of the interior design is simply flawless in my opinion. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The location is convenient, making it easy to find restaurants and enjoy a nice walk around the area. If I have the chance and there’s availability, I’ll definitely book here again.

UUncle PatStayed here three times and each time was awesome. Service is excellent. Pool is fab. Location is great. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are large for the price. Very clean. Excellent value for money.
AArrrrrThe accommodation is very impressive. Came for the first time and liked everything. Very cleanliness, good atmosphere, there is a cafe, restaurant, and very welcoming staff. The price is worth coming to stay. Travel to Mae Kampong Village, a distance of just 6 kilometers. Accommodation next to a shady stream, with many types of rooms to choose from. Give full marks to everything here.
There are beautiful photo corners. I would recommend it.
JJessie.lymingA place far far away from town and also Mon Jam. I was planning to stay 1 night in Mon Jam actually, however I didn’t noticed the homestay is another mountain from Mon Jam (called Pong Yaeng) which was Trip.com suggested to me when I search for hotels of Mon Jam.
I booked it for family trip, we called the Grab to send us to there so that we can check in and drop the bags first. I must to say, the way to get to the homestay was quite thrilling cause the last section of the way were rugged mountain road, luckily the driver was expertly to send us there safely.
After we settled down and want to go out to Mon Jam for sightseeing, there were no car to pick us up through Grab cause we were too far away from town. Although the host had help us to ask for the ride, there was no reply too. Even if yes, it cost around 400-500 THB which was very expensive tho. So we were stuck in the homestay to having the peace and silence. Luckily we can still order food from the host when we feeling hungry, having the meal with the mountain view and BBQ+hotpot for dinner were also some good experiences here.
Actually the place was quite good and the host was very nice, I’m sure there would be a good place to stay if you are not concerned about the location and looking for some peaceful stay. But I would strongly recommend you to rent a car, motorbike or even a driver, just in case you want to go somewhere else for sightseeing. Or you can go to play or sightseeing before going to the homestay, it’s all up to you😉
TTripaddictWith the help of the host from this glamping site, we rented a sedan from them to drive us from Chiang Mai airport to this location. It was very remote, and we are happy the host has such service. We are fully aware of the location, it is also the reason we came here to rest after 7 days of Bangkok trip.
We were also very surprised the cleanliness of the site, there is not mosquitos or any other small insects around the camp site, which we were well prepared for that but we are very happy with the environment without worrying this. They must have done a lot of control to come to this state. Thank you!
Service is very good, they have golf car to drive us to the restaurant where we can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dinner they will offer pizza or mookata, guess everyone will order this.
We stayed at the Kissing star for 2 nights, first night we bought street food from MaeKampong for our dinner, second night we had Mookata, frankly speaking their food is not expensive too, we can hardly finish their whole set for 2 persons.
As for their facilities, I think the pictures are self explained. they have marshall soundbar, enabled Netflix, youtube etc, so that one can really rest in the room, listening to the nature and watching tv.
Their host can be communicated via whatsapp too, so just tell them anything you need, they will try to help. I love their hospitality even in such remote area but still trying to offer us the best!!!
WWang Ke Yaolocation is superb, service is good, been taken care seen the time you arrive. you do not need to talk to the main street, which the hotel can help you order the transport thb 20/person/way. breakfast is good and simple. only weakness is when you stay will elderly with less convinience walking, because you need to walk down a staircase for bathroom and toilet.
จจุฑามาศ ทองจันทร์I really like this place. It is very convenient to walk to Chiang Mai Gate. In the morning and evening, there are many food options in the old city. The accommodation is very chill. In the evening, we can sit and enjoy the atmosphere in the quiet and atmospheric local community. Near the accommodation, there is a local grilled fish shop that is very delicious. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back to stay again.
NNur Khadijah RipinWe came early (10am+) in hopes to leave our luggage & head out for brunch. Unfortunately there was no one / staff in sight and the property doors are locked. We tried to call all the given contact numbers but they seem to be inactive or impossible to get through. We waited for a bit and ended up leaving for a nearby cafe to sit and chill until the check-in time 2pm. We headed back at 2pm+ and the property doors are unlocked so we entered and waited at the ”lobby” but there were no staff in sight, except for a foreign lady & her child who seemed to be guests as well. The lady said she too have to wait ”very long” on the day she had checked in. We waited for a good 20+ minutes before 1 staff came to the front desk to check us in. Seems like she was busy cleaning the rooms so may have missed us. Anyway she does not speak a lick of english but no issue as we made it work.
Property is located near some cafes, 2 Pharmacies, a 7/11 and some shops. Very convenient location and everywhere is walkable and generally safe. The areas surrounding the property itself is very quiet but well lit at night.
DDr. WechI stayed at The Connect Chiang Mai hotel for one night and was quite impressed with what they offer in this price range. The room was spacious and came with all the necessary amenities. I particularly liked the minimalist design of the bathroom. However, I would suggest adding a soap dispenser and hand towels at the sink for convenience when washing and drying hands.
One major advantage of this hotel is the ample parking space available inside the property. Additionally, the coffee shop located under the hotel serves good coffee, which was a nice touch.
This hotel is ideal for travelers with a vehicle as it’s conveniently located near food options, grocery stores, convenience stores, and the airport.
A small note of caution: the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so it’s best to avoid bringing large luggage. Since it’s a three-story building, be prepared to walk up and down the stairs.
Overall, The Connect Chiang Mai is a good option for budget-conscious travelers who value convenience and comfort.
