We set a family room, two mothers with two children. Two 1.2 beds + one 1.8 bed, very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, the service staff was especially Nice, helping us rent a car, set a hot air balloon, and carry luggage. It is said that several boys who studied in China before opened together, and the Chinese is very fluent. It takes about 10 minutes to drive from the town of Goreme. The nearest town is 2 minutes drive and 10 minutes walk.

Me and my wife came from Jakarta Indonesia. We had a fantastic stay at this family-friendly hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed, event we can get early check-in since we arrived around 9am. The Honeymoon Suite room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a couple might need—jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night. The location was ideal—close to air ballon, local attractions and family-friendly breakfast restaurants run by friendly Mr. Kismet and his lovely wife. Mr. Kismet himself help us a lot, such as looking for rental scooter and understand the location around here. Highly recommend this hotel for any family looking for a stress-free, enjoyable vacation.

The popular hotel is easy to book in the off-season, but there is really no service. The wifi has always had problems and cannot be connected. The signal in the cave is not very good. I called the front desk on the first day and was told to wait a moment. Then I went to the front desk to deal with it on the second day. I couldn't connect again when I returned to the room. There was heavy snow and strong wind during the few days of check-in, and the hot air balloon was suspended. I slept peacefully in the morning. However, there is a restaurant upstairs from our room. The harsh sound of dragging chairs will continue from 7 o'clock. Please avoid room 13. Of course, we were supposed to be in the hot air balloon at this time. The view of the restaurant upstairs in the hotel is good. It must be great when the weather is good. The food is also good. The breakfast is ordinary. I only ate it for one day and gave up on the second day.

The locals call this hotel Mahjong, hahahaha. The hotel itself is in a very good location, high above the town of Goreme, with a good view of the entire town. The only thing to consider is that the living space of this king-size room is not large and there is no window. Of course, as a cave hotel room, most rooms are not particularly spacious. If you want a better room, you need to upgrade the room. The restaurant has a very good view and it is very photogenic

The hotel is great! Although the structure of the cave is not air-conditioned, it is also very cool. The store said that the hotel in Kapa is basically the same. The breakfast is very rich but it is really not used to the Chinese stomach. Hahaha, I got up early the next day and saw the hot air balloon on the window. Who knows! ! The top floor terrace can also be photographed, this hotel meets all my romance with Cappadocia! A great experience, that is, the hotel's rain shower head needs to be changed, the other full marks!

Just book it already!! Location- Great location that is close to everything and has a beautiful view from the terrace! Breakfast- Breakfast has a decent amount of options and is delicious with convenient times. Cleanliness- The room was squeaky clean with beautiful decoration and everything you might need. The ventilation and lightning is great! Value- The hotel is great value for money considering all the amenities and great service! Service- THE BEST! All the staff is so welcoming, friendly and willing to assist with anything! They arranged our transport from the airport and we booked multiple activities such as hot air balloon (at a FANTASTIC price), ATV tour, a camel tour and a scooter! I can highly recommend this hotel as it surpassed all our expectations and I am so glad I ended up booking Harman Cave hotel from all the options available. Thank you for our wonderful stay and the first time experience that was out of this world!!

We had a fantastic 4-day stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all our requests, including placing us on a higher floor for stunning views. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 4 adults. The beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern. Although we experienced a brief power outage one day, it was resolved quickly. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety, and the hotel's restaurant offers delicious meals—slightly pricey but worth it! We were served by the friendly Ibrahim! A unique touch was the beautiful birds and hens they kept in cages, adding charm to the surroundings. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to the town, and we even got to see hot air balloons right from our room! Overall, it was a superb and memorable experience. Highly recommend!🥰😍

It was a very enjoyable experience. Mustafa Bey's mansion is right in the middle of Göreme, where you can walk everywhere. It is recommended for travelers. Go and stay with peace of mind. The owner, Ms. Simten, hosted us perfectly with her smiling face and pleasant conversation. Turkish coffees are great thanks 🧿

The room, bathroom is clean and smells fresh. It has windows so the fresh air came in ❤️ Breakfast is various, most important it’s delicious! Madam and her kids cooked it herself 🥰 feels like home The location is near to everywhere, to supermarket and cafes and to balloon ride places. The hotel itself has open rooftop which we can see the hot air balloon every morning, beautiful! I’m really impressed with the staff/owner, they’re really polite and kind to us foreigners 🥰 Thank you for your service. Hope we can back to your hotel someday ❤️

Had a wonderful experience in Azalea hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The owner is lovely and helpful. Helped us to book rides and travel services to the airport. They provided a healthy breakfast and the coziest rooms. We were upgraded to a bigger room. The staff were very friendly and approachable. The hotel is in a very good location which is surrounded by accessible restaurants and shops. Overall we had a wonderful experience, hoping to come back again.
