Located on a safe and well-lit street, we are one of the closest vacations rentals to the ferry. Our building contains two guest apartments, an owner's unit and a gift shop. Private entrance. We live on premises and are here 12-24 hours a day, so we are always here to assist.We are a new construction, finished in April of 2017.Your space contains 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower/tub combo, lots of bathroom counter space, a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove & oven, breakfast table, 60" flat screen smart tv, a pull out couch , wifi, and your very own private front porch. This unit is located on the first floor and features central air and heat. We stock the space with linens, dinnerware, cookware, snacks, water, coffee and other munchies. It is decorated with art from Louisiana artists.We can also offer toys, pack and plays or other baby gear. Please let us know in advance.Our neighborhood has bars, live music, restaurants, green spaces, a gorgeous paved levee, parks, a blown glass gallery, an interactive art gallery for kids and our beautiful gift shop, located right next door. Plenty of free street parking.In order to keep our property smelling fresh and clean, this is a NON-SMOKING BUILDING. Smoking is NOT allowed inside or outside the building. This includes the backyard and front porch. A $200 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is broken.CHECK IN DETAILS:Check in begins at 3PM. If you are checking in between 3PM and 8PM we would be more than happy to greet you, give you keys, and show you to the property. We are also happy to accommodate your late check in.
