It is a quick 10 minute drive to all the neighborhoods in the downtown area including Lower Broadway and the Riverfront, Midtown, 12th South, Vanderbilt, the Gulch, Germantown, and the State Capitol. And it is a quick 15-20 minute ride from the airport. All metered street parking across the city is free after 6 pm and is usually pretty easy to find on weeknights. It is about a 10 minute walk to One City, an area with some restaurants and a coffee shop, and a 20 minute walk to the Parthenon at Centennial Park. It is also about a 13 minute walk to HCA Healthcare on Park Plaza. It is a residential building so please be courteous to the neighbors.
