Great hotel! Cozy and stylish room with a view of the sea, sanset town and evening fireworks. Good choice of breakfasts (especially appreciated the European option!). Very helpful and friendly staff who are ready to help with all questions. I recommend everyone who comes to Phu Quoc and wants to visit sanset town to stay at this hotel💫

The hotel is not bad, they clean every day. Good location. The hotel is small, breakfasts are in the neighboring hotel. Upon check-in there was welcome water, coffee and instant noodles. It was offered for free, the mini bar is paid. When checking out from the hotel, we asked to order a taxi for the morning flight, to be sure 😊, the price is right. Already at the airport, the taxi driver said that you need to pay extra for the noodles 🤣🤣🤣 that he was told this at the hotel. Therefore, once again clarify all the ”free” goodies, and hand over the room to the staff.

A wonderful view from the roof, you can see a hello in the evening. You can see a rope, mountains and sea. The room is clean, there is a TV and a teapot.

Остановились в отеле 7 июня на несколько дней , все понравилось , очень приветливый персонал , уборка в номере каждый день . На пляж бесплатно везут на гольф машине , пляж суперский с белым песком и кафе если пешком 10 минут не спеша . Так же рядом магазины и рестораны и спа салоны . Локация отличная отель отличный , рекомендую.

Suddenly - the hosts of the hotel are Russian! Very good and Russian-speaking))) gave a lot of advice. Helped with the exchange of money. Prepared the plums that I slept) in general good people.
Hotel itself:
A great location - sea in 5 minutes walk, near shops, cafes. The area where the evening show takes place at the corner in two minutes walk. In the hotel itself, you can order breakfast and buy drinks at a price as in the shop.
The rooms are clean, the repair is fresh. There is a teapot and everything you need. If you want, you can cook in the common kitchen on the first floor - there is a stove, microwave and dishes.

I feel conflicted about writing this review. We had a bit of a hiccup on the first night where the staff had accidentally booked out our hotel room to someone else. They compensated us and provided us with another room (very small, not very spacious and a little dirty). The following day, we were able to move our things into the room we initially booked. The room was much more spacious. We had a pool view. The pool areas is incredibly gorgeous. Loved hanging out there. The hotel uses incredibly cheap tissues and toilet paper that crumble upon use. We also had no hot water throughout our stay and at one point I had a shower where only drops of water were coming out of the tap. I think they can improve the quality of their facilities. If you're not bothered by facilities and are just looking for a place to rest your head - then this a decent budget hotel.

KKtim_Very Nice Hotel and very affordable! The room is big enough, it could be more clean tough (under the bed and in the bathroom) but the rest was just excellent! Everything is very nice maintained and the housekeeping service is working as well! It is quite far to the main parts of the island but if you like to use a scooter it quite and convenient! We definitely recommend this hotel!

KKheng ShunA family run lodging with staff, Binh, providing good services and recommendations, making arrangements for motor bike rentals and transfer to airport. He communicates well in English, which is a big plus in Phu Quoc. A very friendly young man. Location is near the airport and night market, with easy access to a number of restaurants and bars. My two-night stay in standard quadruple room provided a very pleasant experience and I will definitely return in my next visit to Phu Quoc.

KKasargeWe booked this hotel last minute so when we arrived the bungalow wasn’t quite ready.The receptionist was very helpful despite there being a language barrier. She went above and beyond to sort out some tickets and a taxi for us. The room was clean and nicely furnished, there was complimentary beverages and toiletries. the whole of the outdoor area was well kept and attractive. Lovely swimming pool.
