We liked the location of the hotel away from the noisy center. The view from the top is amazing.
However, the service leaves much to be desired. We rented a motorbike and went to explore the area, but the motorbike turned out to be underpowered and, apparently, with a broken gearbox. It went up some hills with great difficulty, once we had to push it. We reported this problem to the reception and they replaced the motorbike. The new one turned out to be a little more powerful, but with a non-working speedometer. In general, we do not recommend renting a motorbike at this hotel.
We were also very disappointed with the breakfasts. They basically bring you one selected dish. You had to pay extra for drinks. That is, breakfast without tea and coffee!
Overall, we liked the room. It was clean, spacious, with good air conditioning.
Perhaps we would stay here again, but without breakfast.
The owner is very nice and she allowed us early check-in since we have no other places to go:) Additionally, she allowed us leaving our suitcases while we were hanging out in the city^^

We had such a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Since the hotel is located quite high up, they even helped us carry our luggage all the way up — which we really appreciated!
The room was super beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. One of our friends lost the key to her luggage padlock, and they kindly helped to cut it open (with a saw!) until it worked — such lifesavers! 😄
They also prepared breakfast early just for us because we had to check out earlier than usual. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made our trip memorable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Sapa!
Fantastic stay, the owner Ms Chu is so lovely and very helpful. We booked a trek through the homestay too which was good fun and a good price. Food and laundry service also very good.
Affordable price, warm hospitality. The room is worth the price with basic necessities. Please choose a double room, ground floor. The room is spacious and easy for us Muslim to pray. The twin room on the 2nd floor, small room not enough space to pray but they have huge balcony but unfortunately we come during rainy season so we didn't utilize the balcony. The staff are really friendly and help us a lot to suggest what is the best itinerary during our stay due to the rainy season. The room rate includes breakfast but for us Muslim only we can eat hard boiled eggs because they serve pork. But do not worry the halal restaurant is only walking distance from the homestay. If you don't feel like walking you can rent a motorbike from the reception from 7am to 10pm only 150k. The view from the rooftop is so beautiful. If you like to save budget, this is the best place to stay. Cheapest & comfortable. If you enjoy walking, there are some places walking distance only. Sunplaza (funicular ride to Moang Ho Station), Sapa Market, The Swing is just nearby.

Hajah Hawa - affordable price, big portions, taste was good
Halal Sapa - a bit pricey, Pizza & fried rice so good. Coffee not worth it 😂 hotpot not worth it at all

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sapa Sinai Homestay Hotel. The view from our bungalow was simply breathtaking — waking up to the stunning mountain scenery was a highlight of our trip. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, offering a perfect blend of charm and tranquillity.
Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good variety of options to suit all tastes. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond — helping us book attraction tickets, recommending the best local spots to visit, and even arranging taxis for us at very reasonable prices. Her kindness and attention to detail really made us feel at home.
We would absolutely love to stay here again and can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone visiting Sapa!
One of the most beautiful hotels in Vietnam. I really enjoyed my stay. Owners are so lovely and even prepared us a cute lunchbox for our travels back to Hanoi. I wish I have stayed here longer. Everything is just comfy and thought through. Just an amazing stay and I 100% recommend this place.
Despite the cold weather, the electrical panels were too warm, and especially the hosts took good care of me, so I was traveling alone, but I wasn't lonely at all! :) I had a lot of talk with my Vietnamese friends, and I was invited to a local feast, so I had a pleasant trip!
I highly recommend it to Koreans ㅎㅎ I'm going to visit again next summer.
I had a great time at Chin Chin's.
Chin Chin and her mother are very friendly and welcoming, and the family dinner they serve is amazing.
I did one trekking tour with Chin Chin as well, she's very open to questions and conversation about the local cultures, so it was very interesting. On top of that there's some beautiful views and places you get to see.

GGuest UserSuch a beautiful hotel! It was really pretty when the fog cleared!! But the location is a bit disappointing (I can't help it...) I thought I was going to the other world when I took a taxi from downtown late at night and drove through the fogㅠ
But everyone was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was especially so delicious that I had to buy the beans!

FFangkhowThe accommodation is clean, the room is clean, there is a hair dryer, air conditioner, bleach, hot water, good service, the owner is kind and can communicate in English very well. But the only downside is that I stayed on the third floor, there is no elevator, I have to walk up and down. If you have a big bag, you have to carry it up, it's quite heavy. The owner also recommended places to visit.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on the main street right next to the market, and about 20mins walk from the town, perfect if you are a market person.
Communication with the hotel is mainly via Google translate, all requests were honoured just needed a little patience and understanding when communicating with them.
There's all the basic amenities you need without frills. It's definitely a bargain to get your own room with a private toilet.

ТТатьяна СклярExcellent hotel! We had a family vacation for a couple of days. The location is just super! There is a cafe nearby with a view of the train. Although you can also see the train from the hotel windows. I really liked the space downstairs of the hotel: kitchen area, sofa, lots of places to relax. Everything is done with love! You cook and watch the train go by - they take people to Fansipan. And the train station is also a 5-minute walk away at a leisurely pace. Very convenient. The best location! Wi-Fi in the rooms is ok, in the lobby it just flew.
The room was clean, pleasant atmosphere. Bed linen is clean, everything is great! Very friendly staff. They allowed us to leave our things in the lobby until the evening. Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely recommend you!
김김명자The food is delicious and the price is good
I am impressed by the owner's kindness and quick response
The view is really fantastic.
I stayed like it was my home
When staying for multiple nights, the room needs to be cleaned and the towels need to be changed
It's a shame that the noise from the next room is not blocked
We also need cucumber pickles and white rice porridge for Koreans.
