I booked a double room at YHA. The room was incredibly spacious, and opening the window offered a fantastic view! **Facilities:** Well-equipped. There's also a common room and a restaurant downstairs, where guests receive a 10% discount. **Cleanliness:** Spotless, tidy, and fresh. **Ambiance:** Tranquil and exceptionally rich in cultural heritage. The Mei Ho House Revitalization Scheme (a living museum) is right next door, transporting me back to Hong Kong's public housing life in the 1950s. **Service:** As it's a youth hostel, the service naturally differs from a typical hotel. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, and guests are required to take their pillowcases, bedsheets, and duvet covers to the ground floor for collection. **Overall:** Excellent value for money. The location is great, surrounded by the vibrant Sham Shui Po neighborhood and Garden Hill. Highly recommend!

Given the high cost of real estate in Hong Kong, this family room was a good value. While the location was small, I was understandably satisfied with the cleanliness. I initially thought the air conditioner was an old window unit, but it turned out to be a new Midea model. Located within a residential building, it's convenient for commuting to the subway and shopping. Laundry can be hung out to dry in the hallway. The owner and cleaning lady were very friendly. After checking out, you can leave your luggage in the hallway outside your room. It was a great way to explore before leaving without having to carry your luggage. The free phone card included with your booking was also very convenient. Simply enter your phone number and log in to Hong Kong, and you'll have internet access.

The location is excellent! Near to all public transport. The room is small but good thing, it has comfy beds that can accommodate up to 6 people. I highly recommend this for those who are busget traveller with families or friends.

Good value for Hong Kong. Only stayed one night but wasn’t too hard to find and in a good location. Close to the high speed railway station and the metro as well as tons of food. Quiet. WiFi was super slow.

I stayed here four nights in the 10-person dorm and honestly it was great! The ladies who take care of the place are wonderful and they keep everything clean. It's so much better to have actual people working here than many of the self-checkin places popping up where if anything goes wrong it can just become a big ordeal. The bunks themselves are nice, sturdy, and private with curtain, light, international charging socket, and a small locker (use your own lock) with enough room for my laptop, tablet, drone, camera, and documents. There's no kitchen, but they have a small microwave, water kettle, and small refrigerator. And of course the location is literally right across the street from the subway entrance and many eateries are all either within the block or a block away.

Tung Chung - 2 nights - private double room Expectation/Reality: this is the only provider of accommodation in the area so expectations need to be managed. They have the ability to essentially set terms, so the negative reviews here are likely from the folks who didn’t read the find print. The photos match the space very well. However the hostel reached out over what’s app a number of days before the booking asking for the $150 membership fee and $500 deposit, which I was not comfortable providing until arrival, however the hostel was okay with that. Security: very good, there is a gate lock and a lock to the door, very safe. Hygiene: overall very clean, no concerns. Hospitality: the check in and out process is all over what’s app, so you are at the mercy of how responsive they are which can be frustration when trying to get in. Once you are in, it’s fine. Social Atmosphere: good social spaces. Overall: given they essentially have a monopoly on accommodation in the area. It’s a pretty good spot. I accidentally broke the key and they came and fixed it the next day, but took off $50 from the deposit. So handle the keys gently. Over pretty good place.

I felt the high cost of land in Hong Kong, but the room was still warm and clean. From the front desk to the room, everything was very clean. The toilet was also very clean. There was food, drink and entertainment downstairs. It was very convenient right next to the subway entrance! The boss was also very nice. I recommend staying here!

This was my first time in Hong Kong and staying in a hostel there. I have to say it exceeded my expectations. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the hostess and the guy who had been staying there for a long time and later went to Singapore. They accommodated my need to change my bed and gave me room 11. Then I'd like to talk about the hostel's environment and my experience. This hostel is only 2 minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, which is very convenient! The environment and room were very clean. Maybe it was because the people I was staying with were also very clean. There was no odor in the whole house. Everyone took good care of the public environment, and it was very quiet at night. I stayed there for four nights and it was very quiet. I think this already meets the needs of most people: a good night's sleep, convenient transportation, a harmonious atmosphere, and convenient travel experiences and dining needs. So I think I will stay here again next time I go to Hong Kong.

The location was great, but it was hard to find. Look for the Rolex and it's on the 7th floor of an apartment building. The walls are thin and you can hear the next room. If you don't mind, it's a great hotel!
