The place is clean and tidy. The people there are friendly. The reception closed at 7.30 pm. So not sure if customer arrives after that time. Need a bit of walking to the location and the pavement is not even. So it is difficulty if roller is used.
Generally good experience.

The hotel location was just walking distance from the Duomo and right next to shopping street. Capsule beds and sheets were clean. Toilette showers were clean. Served very nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Stored my bags for 2euros after check out.
Services are excellent! I especially want to thank a male receptionist, who showed sunny smiles every time seeing customers. He is also very helpful.
Location is ok, 12 minutes walk from Railway station and 15 minutes walk from ATM underground station.
Basement floor has microwave, water boiler to use, vending machine and common areas. Hoping that there is a drinking fountain so it can be more convenient.
Room is ok. It’s a mixed gender room. Warm inside. But people snorted so load (can’t avoid). With locker to store, but no lock provided.

I arrived late am due to flight delays and was assigned the bottom bunk. All night long there was dripping and pipe noise from the bathroom and I didn’t sleep well. Even with the door shut it was so loud. I was very disappointed-what could staff do at 2am in the morning to resolve this? Cleanliness in the bathroom could have been better. Nice spacious room.
It was a safe and secure environment with codes to access parts of the building and lift. The breakout room/chill room was nice and comfortable to wait after checkout. Staff were friendly and approachable. Location was excellent around the corner from the station. Free luggage storage for guests was convenient. I liked the idea of one bathroom between 6 people, however towels would be great for the floor after a shower and to walk around as you can slip.
It is very far from the center of Milan, and the nearest station is a bit far away. There are not many supermarkets nearby, so you have to buy things before entering the hotel. However, the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

People were so friendly and kind in general. Their staff is very nice, you can ask them about anything any time and they’ll give you an answer.
In my opinion I think the room needed more light, but besides that, everything was fine.
The reception is very niceee. The woman help me a lot because I have a but problem. And the man give me some water to welcome 💕
Food is yummy.
The room is have only one toilet. So you have to wait a bit long in the morning in case many people in the room.
And at night you can hear the music and people very very very loud from thre bar. I recommen to take some earplugs.
THE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay.
I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more.
I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels.
Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️
Self-check-in is very simple, and the hotel is easy to find. It also has a striking red door, and when you make your reservation, they send you a very useful access video. It's spacious and well-maintained. It has a kitchen, a common room, and good coffee and soft drink machines, all for €0.50. We stayed for three days and it was very good. The only drawbacks are: the pillow and bed were a bit hard; the music at 10 a.m. while the rooms were being cleaned; and the location relative to the center of Milan, which is offset by the price of the hotel and good bus connections with extensive schedules (the 42 to Milano Centrale and the 51 to connect to the metro to the Duomo, very good and frequent. However, check schedules in advance if you take the bus at 6-7 a.m., as they run less frequently).
Overall, recommended.
The service was very good. I came two hours late. I called and left the key at the gate. The accommodation facilities were complete, the parking was convenient, the surrounding environment was very safe, and it was worth coming again.

SSama Ashleigh CThe hostel was nice, my room had an internal bathroom and there were shared bathrooms and a kitchen outside too. The only issue was that the shower was very small and the bath soap isn't very good. But for 15€ the hostel was an absolute steal.
Appreciated the great service and openness to help even late during the night. I'd highly recommend for anyone interested in a place to stay in Milan ☺️
There's free wifi but you have to pay for a towels 2€. Also they give you a lock for the bed. I had an absolute great time there
CC. WIt was really surprising me how great this hostel it is. The receptions are welcoming, super helpful, all of them can speak in English. They always ensure you know that they are their if you need anything, yes 24hours 7 days. Building is modern build, great design and very artistic. I love some of their chairs. Room is good, clean everyday, making bed every day. Toilet is clean. Breakfast are good , many choices for both food and drink. Superb location. Absolutely love it and if I ever am going to Milan again, I will absolutely book this again. Thank you guys.
当当地向导西部行者Hotel location is good, the surrounding is more convenient, you can go to the station by car, the airport, there are some to eat around, it is more appropriate, the price is not bad! ! ! !
GGuest UserQuite nice, close to Milano centrale, very polite stuff. Shared spaces such as kitchen/ bathrooms/ sitting room are quite cute, i even have seen a washing machine. Bed rooms are extremely easy, just metal beds(pretty noisy actually, every movement produces unpleasant creaking) no extra sockets, next to bed. A bit noisy when the window is open(and it’s opened all the time in a summer time). Can be a good cheap solution for couple of nights.
