Yung room and service super okay.
Loved how we were welcomed with welcome drinks and the overall vibe of the place. Definitely the best way to unwind around the metro. We would definitely go back to UNWND.

Certainly one of the best place to stay in Manila close to LRT. The place was very well maintained and clean. Staff cleaning the room put in very good effort to clean the toilet, floor mopped and bed linen and blankets changed Well done
The owner and staff at the hostel are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist guests with any needs or questions. They are quick to respond, ensuring that any inquiries or requests are addressed in a timely manner.
The cleanliness of the hostel is impressive; both the rooms and restrooms are meticulously sanitized, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
Guests can enjoy a simple yet satisfying complimentary breakfast, which offers a pleasant start to the day.
Additionally, the instructions provided by the staff are clear and precise, making it easy for guests to navigate their stay and take advantage of all the hostel has to offer.
I had a wonderful stay. The place gives a homey vibe, and the staff were so accomadating and friendly as well. They offered breakfast and you will also get entertained by their resident cats😺. I would love to recommend this place to my friends to stay at as it is so accessible to the airport.
The hotel was good overall. The room was clean, the ambiance was pleasant, and the amenities were satisfactory. The location is excellent, being close to many establishments, making it very convenient for travelers. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!
They are welcoming and showing hospitality well.
You should join free tour every day at 4pm, then you can enjoy local culture.
Around hostel, many choices for restaurants.
Though it is quite far from subway station, you can take a grab.
Huge shopping mall is walkable distance.
Also, it is located safe area, even at night though, I don't recommend roaming outside late at night in drunk.

The staffs were very accommodating. The place is accessible to markets and malls. There are only 3 issues. First is wifi in the room is not good but there’s a good connection in the common area which is a good place for working along with other people. Second is the ladder for upper bunk bed. I think it’s not safe as the ladder is just a steel bar which is difficult to step and might easily get slipped. Third is no table and chairs inside the unit. And i think the plug beside the bed is not safe if someone forgot to unplug while asleep. But overall it was a good stay, i was able to work well in the common area and had a good time.

RRosemarie DoquilaIt was nice and clean with friendly staff. Rooms not totally good furnished but it was a nice stay.
FFMARIThe hostel is new, quiet and clean. Towels and bed sheets have good smell. It has everything to rest and relax. Location is quite near the airport and not too far from MRT for people that like to walk a bit. Staff work efficiently and helped me to book the taxi for the airport. Many thanks.
AAnonymous UserA very good location in this ugly city. Though it was hard to find it.
The room is small, service is good. The girls in the room were very friendly.
I tried to use public buses nearby and failed, they didn't stop at the ”bus stop area”, wasted time. So only used metro
PPeter AyingA Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient Stay in the Heart of Makati
I recently stayed at The City Flats Amorsolo, and I was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness of the space stood out—the room was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens, a cozy blanket, and a pillow that provided just the right amount of support. It made winding down after a long day in the city feel like a treat.
One feature I really appreciated was the personal locker provided in the room. It gave me peace of mind knowing that my valuables were safe and secure during my stay.
The location is another major highlight. Situated right in the heart of Makati, the property is close to everything—restaurants, cafes, shopping centers, and business hubs. Whether you're in town for work or leisure, you’ll find everything you need just a short walk or ride away.
Overall, I highly recommend The City Flats Amorsolo to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and conveniently located place to stay in Makati. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

CCambrianThe staff is really nice, helpful, and friendly. They try the best to interact with all the people as my observation and try to remember our name as well.
The location is good for me as it is under visitors gather point and walk out u can see many visitors as u also easy to find a foods especially to who not really cannot accept local road foods.
They also offer free walking tours around the area and explain to u.
Opps not to forget the free welcoming drinks. Probably, if they can indicate the name of drinks, it will be much helpful as I do not know, and too hard for me to remember when staff told me during place order.
The room i booked is dorm for 4. They do offer me a free lock to lock the locker rather than I need to buy the new one. Highly appreciated. But I found the locker is dirty with maybe detergent , i am not sure, but my bag all has been full with the unknown dirty and I need to use my own one time deal tower to clean it . Really sad. Probably, future staff need to check the locker condition besides the bed.
Overall, if u are looking for party night and knowing more new friends, it is good options, but if you prefer a quiet environment, u may need to reconsider.

WWandering TeachersI got the top bed and the AC was on the lower part of the wall near the floor. The designer should have considered the fact that hot air rises and cold air sinks so it was very hot and uncomfortable lying down and trying to sleep on the upper bed bunk. Even if i opened the curtain, i still didnt feel the cold air coming from the AC. If i may also suggest, please sell bottled water if you cannot provide free water because for people like me who came straight from the airport and arrived at 3am at the hotel, i couldnt get out and walk for like 5mins to buy water from a convenience store. It would have been nice if you sell drinking water on site.

GGuest UserThis hotel is great but the stairs to our was soo scary, very tinny and if you miss a step you will fall and it wouldn’t be good, their food is okay, great service and very close to the airport
GGuest UserWhen I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me.
But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”.
But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.
