Hot Springs Hotels in Fujian, China

The hotel service is warm, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the hotel is in a great location, especially the river view room is very beautiful, the lady Tina at the front desk is very enthusiastic and super patient, the whole service is high-quality and professional, this stay experience is very good!

This must be my worst stay in a hotel for the last 3 years. The rooms are huge but their sound proof is so bad that when anyone on the same floor closes his door, my room door quakes. So you can imagine how you feel when you are in deep sleep and you are suddenly awaken by a loud bang. Every so often. Middle of the night.  Secondly, the aircon in the room continuously blew cold air. Seems this is the setting of their central aircon and my room was an icy 20 degrees throughput. Location wise, it is near the old town but not so near that you can easily walk. Yes there are limited public buses but limited services near the hotel and their frequency leaves much to be desired. Your best bet is go for ride hailing. Fortunately these are very affordable and the city of Zhangzhou is small. Safety box in the room did not work. And yes I did follow the operating instructions  On the plus side, hotel has outdoor hot spring pools but I didn’t try them as the weather was too cold. Manager apologised profusely and tried to compensate us with fruits and bottled water. In my mind it did not make up for 4 nights of poor quality sleep.

When traveling with children, especially with two children, especially one of them is under three years old, the most important thing is convenience! Convenience! Convenience! Therefore, the hotel must be close to the scenic area and restaurants, and of course, it must also take into account cleanliness and living experience. It just so happens that this restaurant has a very high degree of completion! Snack streets, leisure places, and scenic spots are all within easy reach, which is very convenient. Warm reminder: It is an eternal truth that the snack streets in the commercial district are expensive and unpalatable, so just taste them. Walk a few more steps to a little outside the scenic area and you will find delicious and cheap food!

Right at the start, we had a problem with the payment with our foreign card. The management and staff were very helpful and the problem got solved. Although there was the language barrier, all the staff and the housekeepers always attended to us very friendly and helped us with everything. So the service was excellent. Even at the breakfast buffet, they helped us to find food which is suitable for Muslins. The rooms are spacious, modern, well equipped and absolutely clean with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Laundry service is available for free. The atmosphere in overall is pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Fuzhou.

Oriental kind of boutique hotel. Like the Wenru decor with shelves full of Chinese books, pond with fishes in the lobby, Guzhen playing during dinning hours. The oriental furnishing in the room is one of its kind, and matches well with its ancient oriental ambience & architecture. Already planning to come here annually. Can improve on the breakfast setting since they will be always be a growing demand with international travellers, especially those with special dietary vegan/vegetarian (including lacto-ovo able to take eggs & dairy products) requirements. Fried rice & noodles can be fried without pork lard oil. More varieties of standard continental breakfast are welcomed too.

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect; we could easily walk to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was such a plus not having to rely on taxis or public transport. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering the price, the value was exceptional. Definitely worth booking!

The newly opened hotel is really good from hardware facilities to design aesthetics to sanitary environment. The mini bar has rich drinks and snacks, and the complimentary fruit plate is very fresh, including good fruits such as lychees. The breakfast is rich and the ingredients are of good quality. These are all the advantages of the hotel and deserve recognition! However, I can only give 4 points for the hotel's service. In the morning buffet, when I was about to sit down, the waiter came up and asked me if I wanted coffee or tea. I said I wanted a latte. In the next 40 minutes of dining, this latte was not delivered and it was left unfinished... Then I thought, forget it, I might as well pack a latte and drink it in the room. I found another waiter and asked to pack a latte, and she agreed immediately. Then I waited for another 20 minutes, and this packed latte was not delivered again, and it continued to be left unfinished... What I am curious about is how two different waiters can forget the latte I need at the same time? I didn't drink it until I left. Then, I became curious about the service staff of this newly opened hotel and started the observation mode: I found that at least a few waiters had a strong ”work smell” and no smile. They felt like they were going to the grave when they went to work. I instantly understood why they all forgot my latte. As a contracted traveler of Ctrip, I like to experience hotels and write notes about the impressive hotels and publish them on multiple platforms. This time I felt very good and collected a lot of materials. I was ready to write a good hotel experience, but because of the buffet breakfast, I gave up. This is a real feeling. I hope your hotel can pay attention to the problem. If I have the opportunity to stay in the hotel again in the future, I hope to feel the changes in service.

Hygiene: The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is very soft and comfortable, the shower and dry and wet separation is also very convenient, the smart home is also very convenient, and there are many smart TVs, the first choice for leisure and vacation Environment: It is surrounded by the Tanzhou Ancient City Commercial Street, where it is very convenient to buy food and play. Service: The front desk service attitude was very good and patient. They also gave me souvenirs and mineral water before I left. It was very thoughtful and it was hard not to give a good review.

This newly opened hotel really dug up a treasure, must give five stars praise! The service is too comfortable, and there is welcome fruit. I want to add a pillow at night, and I will send it a few minutes after contacting the front desk. The whole attitude is particularly good. The bedding in the room was just soft and hard, and I fell asleep before lying down, which was better than sleeping at home. The equipment is all brand new, but the room has no pungent decoration smell at all. I live with special confidence and can feel that I have dealt with the smell with real care. The location is also great, I took a lot of photos along the park, and it is very convenient to go back to the hotel after visiting the ancient city at night. In short, this stay experience is full, the new hotel can do this is too rare, I will choose here next time!

The Gloria Grand Hotel Xiamen is a truly grant: beautiful, luxurious, spacious. It is in a good location, close to subway that connects to the train station. My friend and I enjoyed hot water springs for a few hours. I had trouble with the safe in the bedroom and called for help. A service person came right away and helped to resolve the issue. The food was a bit more pricy that food in hotels in other cities, but it was okay.
