Hot Springs Hotels in Zhejiang, China

The experience was very good. The hotel is very comfortable and has a good views. Andy is very kind and attentive, she received me with a beautifull smile and gave me a very complete explanation about the hotel, services, and some spots to visit. During the stay, she was allways attentive to my comfort. When I leave, I forgot my laptop at the room. Fortunately Andy take care of it and she sent it to my home very fast, it arrived in a few hours. Thank you very much!!.

Advantages: 1. The functional layout of the hotel is reasonable, with clear lines between the lobby, restaurant, guest rooms, and elevators, and the decoration style is simple and fashionable. Parking is free, which is very friendly to car owners. 2. The room area is sufficient, and the bathing, toilet, and dressing spaces at the door are cleverly designed, which can greatly meet the various needs of customers. 3. All kinds of facilities are very humanized: silicone pillows, LED backlight bathroom mirrors, pressurized large showers, and USB sockets reflect the designer's thoughtfulness everywhere. 4. Xiaoxue and Xiaoshuang provide thoughtful service. I left a piece of clothing in the room. They took the initiative to ask me and helped me put it away until I took it back. Places worth optimizing: 1. There are no hooks or hanging rods on the wall around the washbasin, which is not convenient for hanging towels. 2. The wontons for breakfast are not given any condiments, and all customers have to add them themselves. 3. I want to watch CCTV News, but I can't tune it in on TV.

In winter, I wanted to go to the hot springs, and I searched online for this hot spring private hot spring homestay in Nanxun Ancient Town. I decided to stay at this homestay because I could both soak in the hot springs and visit the ancient town. The ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. I arrived at the ancient town at night, and the ladies at the front desk had already boiled the hot water for the private hot spring for me, and turned on the air conditioner in the room. After dinner, it was just right to take a beautiful private hot spring bath. Moreover, this homestay is along the lake, and you can enjoy the fireworks of the ancient town while eating breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is nicely positioned at the seaside of TaiHu in Huzhou. We went there to enjoy the hot spring pools during the recent cold wave in Shanghai. In winter time you won’t find many restaurants nearby the hotel but the hotel restaurant is nice as well. The breakfast is okay but focusses on Chinese guests. Unfortunately some of the hot spring pools were closed during our stay but the remaining pools were nice and during the whole time the hotel wasn’t crowded, so we found enough pools for ourselves. It’s a good place for nice 1-2 nights stay.

Booked two rooms, the overall experience is very good, there are many entertainment facilities, there is no end to it... hot springs, billiards, video games, live CS, chess, zoo, everything, Chinese and Western food are also fully equipped, and the breakfast is delicious! ! The bedding in the room is very clean and comfortable, the details are also very creative, and the scenery is also amazing. The key is that the overall service experience is really excellent! The guy who checked in and received the guest room is a long distance from the reception center. The shuttle bus + elevator helped to deliver the luggage and people to the room. The service of the housekeeper (my housekeeper is Yunlu) is very timely and thoughtful. There is a WeChat reminder of the time for playing or dining in each time period! This time I traveled with my family, and I want to go several times with friends next time!

The experience of staying at Qiandao Lake Sheraton completely refreshed my expectations for resort hotels! The room is very large, with a warm and modern layout. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. In the morning, I make a cup of coffee by the window and watch the mist on the lake, as if I were in an ink painting. Such a view is definitely worth the room price! Breakfast is definitely a surprise-from Chinese freshly made dim sum, black rice balls, to Western exquisite dessert tables, there are many choices to start the day in a good mood! I also want to praise the caring housekeeper Cora Pan. From the itinerary suggestions before check-in to the warm greetings every day, the service is meticulous and makes people feel warm like a friend! The high-speed rail station shuttle service provided by the hotel is also a super plus! It saves the trouble of dragging luggage around. The overall experience is impeccable. It is definitely a highlight memory of the trip to Qiandao Lake. I strongly recommend it to all relatives who pursue quality and service.

I came here again after 20 years, and it is still unique, fresh and natural. After getting used to the hustle and bustle of the city, coming here is like an outdoor paradise. It is very comfortable. It is really good to come here to relax after a busy work. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. Seeing that we have a lot of heavy luggage, she upgraded us to a lower room type. I came to Anji for skydiving and found this hotel with high rating and close to my skydiving airport. My living experience was super good. The room view was nice and swimming pool was great. Breakfast was included and tasty. Also the parking lot was free of charge. I will choose this hotel again next time.

A 5* hotel for Chinese customers, not international guests. The hotel facilities are really nice with nice bedrooms and the park around the hotel is a real plus. They also propose a lot of activities. On that side, this is up to intercontinental standards or even above. However, there were 3 points that were disappointing and for us are not up to standards for a 5 stars hotel: - no English-speaking staff is not acceptable for an international brand. We could not communicate at the reception or restaurant. - it is mentioned 4 restaurants are open on the website and in the public area (1 Japanese, 1 Chinese, 1 buffet and 1 international) while actually only 2 were opened : the Chinese and international one. The latter is not up to international standard: no dessert menu, drinks menu only available in Chinese and the quality was average at best. - Service for food and drinks is generally speaking very slow (1h to get hamburger while being the only customer/ +30mn to get drinks at the bar) even though the staff is nice.

It is a complex of Republic of China and modern style that I like very much. It has a high-end appearance and the front desk service is very enthusiastic. It was very cold and I poured two cups of hot tea. There was a gentle and handsome guy who seemed to be the store manager. He also gave his son a car. , personally escorted us to the room, and also introduced us to where to go on the way. We were upgraded to a king-size bed room with a view. We can see the street view of the park. The hair dryer is very useful. When we meet the service staff on the road, they will greet us warmly. This hotel has made my wife and I happy. I felt it was a great value for money, and I said I would stay here again next time.
