The elegant castle hotel is located in the mountains and overlooks the sea. The hotel's facilities are classical and modern, and there are five golf courses, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and exquisite gardens. There are many authentic medieval and Renaissance paintings, such as Velázquez's ”Portrait of King Fili IV of Spain”. This is a must-visit place for dignitaries and celebrities, such as the King of Morocco and the King of Spain's family. It was also the official reception hotel for the late President of my country, Li Xiannian, in 1984.
There is a different food theme every night, and the dinner is delicious every night! The breakfast is also rich. The hotel has bicycles for rent, which is very convenient to ride to the beach. There are five swimming pools in total, two upstairs, two in the yard, and one underground. But the island is so fun, so don't just soak in the hotel!
I really like the room leading directly to a small garden. The weather is very good and the hotel public area is also very beautiful. It seems that there is a door at the end of the large garden that leads directly to the beach. There is a road along the sea for a leisurely walk.
The NYX Hotel in San Antony is definitely recommended! The hotel is clean, has good facilities and everything is pink! 💖🥹The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is limited but good. This hotel is perfect for young people looking to party. The O Beach Club is less than 5 minutes away. The other clubs such as Eden or Ibiza Rocks are about 15 minutes away on foot. The center of Sam Antony is 20 minutes away on foot.
We'll be back!
Great stay and hotel. Issue with the WiFi for over 24 hours, so the hotel gave us a room us to use WiFi in but did not move us to that room permanently so went back and forth when we needed WiFi. A little weird but only lasted a day. Location is right on the beach, away from clubs and very north so not for you if you are looking for that. Staff was great, valeted our car.
The hotel was merely OK for me. I wouldn't book a longer stay there due to the narrow layout, with the small, overlooked rooms facing each other.
I had a single room, which was very small for its category. There's no counter space in the bathroom, which can be annoying for a longer stay. It was OK for a one-day stay. Due to the design, most rooms overlook other balconies and rooms. If you don't want to feel like you're being watched, you should always close the curtains. The room has a refrigerator, but no closet.
It was annoying that I woke up shortly before 6 a.m.: I had been sleeping with the balcony door open (my room was on the top/fifth floor) when the ventilation systems on the roof started operating very loudly very early in the morning. Only after I closed the door was I able to go back to sleep.
I only ate breakfast. This is served in the rather austere and functional-looking restaurant in the windowless basement. The breakfast is very plentiful and good, meeting the expectations of a 4-star hotel and truly fulfilling the needs of a hotel guest. I noticed that the staff didn't clear guests' plates in between meals and instead engaged in very loud conversations (at least four of them).
But for what I paid for the hotel for one night, it was okay.
Stayed for 6 days in an apartment type room with 2 and 5 year old children. I would like to visit again.
good
1. It is true that there is a slope from the sea to the hotel, but it is a distance that even a 2-year-old child can walk. 5 minutes walk.
2. Stayed in room 776. The room was an apartment type with a kitchen and it was easy to live. The equipment is basically complete. If you tell the receptionist, they will give you a detergent and a sponge. Beach towels are rented with a deposit of 10 euros per sheet. If you want to change it, they will respond quickly. The deposit will be returned on the last day. No seasoning.
3. Dinner is a buffet with many items. 2 year olds are free and it was about 30 euros for 2 people. I felt that cospa was good.
4. A convenience store-like supermarket is next to it, 3 seconds on foot.
5. ALDI, a regular supermarket, is about 15 minutes away on foot. There are slopes and it was difficult for a 2-year-old to walk, but no problem for adults.
6. Marineland? 10 minutes by taxi to the small aquarium. If there are many people, it is more profitable than the local bus. It's a small aquarium, but there were dolphin and bird shows, and the children really enjoyed themselves.
7. I took a tour of the Palma Aquarium at the reception. This includes bus and ticket. This bus goes directly to the aquarium without going to a souvenir shop. The stay was long enough.
8. There were activities such as a children's dance program, and the children enjoyed themselves.
9. The nearby sea has a long beach and a little rocky area, so if you get tired of the beach, you can look for crabs and shellfish on the rocky area and have fun with your children. The beach in front of the hotel is long, and it was very nice to cycle on a rental bike that can hold 4 people. Rental bikes can be rented at the shop in front of the beach.
bad
1. All cash payments in the hotel. There is an ATM inside the hotel, but it is a little inconvenient. It also charges a fee.
2. Depending on your tastes, I thought the breakfast was not worth the 22 euros. After all, my child ate bread, yogurt, and cereals, so I bought them at the supermarket next door and ate them in my room.
3. The airport shuttle bus often stayed at the hotel, but the receptionist would not tell me. The hotel can only call a taxi, and the bus should be checked and booked by yourself. I wanted to know at least the company name, but they didn't tell me. You must have seen the same bus company name hundreds of times (even I saw the same bus about 5 times. You should write down the name when you see the bus). The local bus to the airport is cheap, but the bus stop is ALDI direction. If you are an adult, you can walk with a suitcase, but if you have children, it will be difficult. A taxi to the airport is around €45 each way.
4. Affiliated tours are the worst. We booked a boat tour inside the cave. At 9:00, the time spent in the cave is only 1 hour and 20 minutes. After going around souvenir shops → jewelry shops, we finally arrive at the cave. Lost time is more than 1 hour. So 69 euros for 3 people is too expensive and I don't recommend it. The child is bored and bored. There are many tourists in the cave, and there is a long line to enter. This 1 hour and 20 minutes includes everything, so I was only in the cave for about 40 minutes. The boat that can be boarded inside the cave takes 2 minutes, but the waiting time is over 30 minutes, so it is physically impossible to get on in time for the tour bus meeting time. We recommend renting a car. This is the only bad thing this time.
Returning to hotel for 2nd time this year, May and Oct. Upon booking requested 2 rooms close together as bringing elderly parents in 80’s away with us after great stay in May. Also telephoned prior to arrival and was told a note was made of request. Upon check in my parents were located in block other side of hotel and receptionist was disinterested in our request which was disappointing, we couldn’t have been put any further apart. Pool area was crowded with guests saving beds early in morning so no chance of sitting around pool in afternoon when returning to hotel after a morning out. Lots of beds with towels but no one on them. Food selection good and catering staff work hard and are friendly. Just felt lacked customer service from reception staff upon check in and departure. Will not return again as no customer loyalty.
This place is a party hotel, and if you are put in a room next to the rooftop bar, you’ll get no peace until very early in the morning when they shut the music off. Additionally, I had an issue with the lock on my door. I waited for them to send someone up to fix it, but after a while I gave up Because I wasn’t waiting at the door the repair man didn’t fix the door so when I finally came back, the door still wasn’t fixed this wasted hours of my day. The location of this hotel is really good essentially right on the beach, but there are a lot of other drawbacks that make this place, not ideal
supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel weirdly gave us an “upgrade” to the apartment which is not that nice, modern and clean (there were bugs in the bath tub and hair in the drawers) as you can see in the first 2 pics but of a higher price. When we asked to change back to the room we booked, we staff wouldn’t just help us changed the room and had acted very weird as if we are not entitled to the room… This one particular staff (senior manager I believe) gave us “one final chance” as she said, and made us go up and down to check the room to make sure we “will not regret it” which makes no sense to us at all.
AAnaPerfect, very clean, attentive, great spa, I want to repeat, there is a swimming pool around the villa, it must be spectacular to be there in summer and be able to have lunch and dinner in their restaurant.
Please note that I left my tablet in the villa and they were very kind to keep it for me and the reception staff were very friendly
AAnonymous UserThe service is very good, the room is very good, clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient, it is very close to where to go. We rented a car and the hotel provided free parking, which was especially convenient. There is also a swimming pool and a free SPA experience, which is very plus points. The most pleasant surprise was that the front desk learned that it was my wife's birthday when I registered, and specially prepared a small gift, which was really intimate. The overall experience is great, I will continue to book this next time!
GGuest UserThis Spanish trip This hotel is definitely a highlight. It has brought me a lot of surprises. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The soundproofing effect is very good. The view of the sea view room is also very good. The most praiseworthy is the hotel's buffet. We have a buffet at the hotel in the morning and evening. A wide variety is different every day. The key is still delicious. The quality is very good.
GGuest UserVery nice staff at the reception- try to speak all languages(also German - chapeau!). Super clean, it smells good everywhere, breakfast is great- for everyone something with it and also varied. The pool is also ridiculous, the only thing that was somewhat disturbed were the evening live shows, which are not always the taste of everyone. The rooms are modern and clean. (The kittens are unfortunately a disaster) Otherwise the location on the street is okay, we haven't heard anything - it was quiet. You're backpacked on the beach and reach restaurants, supermarket and co immediately. We'd come back.
XXiangnaizhiAlthough it was a little far from the city, it was really clean and I had a great experience. The sunset seen from the top floor of the hotel was so beautiful that it was a memory that will last a lifetime!
There is a sauna, so we recommend bringing your swimsuit.
GGuest UserGreat hotel, facilities are very good, not enough to play in the hotel. Ten minutes from the beach, there is a big supermarket at the door. There are some small shortcomings, we sleep upstairs in the restaurant, breakfast in the morning is a bit noisy. In addition, I stayed for two days and gave a bottle of water. I wanted to ask for one more bottle. For breakfast, the Chinese are not used to eating, it is recommended not to use this money. I should stay here next time.
NNinAg_I really like the room leading directly to a small garden. The weather is very good and the hotel public area is also very beautiful. It seems that there is a door at the end of the large garden that leads directly to the beach. There is a road along the sea for a leisurely walk.
