The hotel is located in a small town about forty kilometers outside of Madrid, near the Prince’s house. The house was originally a place similar to a palace, but was later transformed into a hotel. Was really impress with hotel. I am someone who is cautious and nervous being out of my home country. Truly one of the best hotels I stayed at while on my trip through Spain. Room was not completely cleaned, bedding had stains but the location is perfect it allows you to see more when going into the center of Madrid.

It was my first time in Madrid. We travelled with my mom to celebrate her birthday and the choice couldn't be better. The location is super convenient just walking distance from the Royal Palace and many other touristic spots. The food at breakfast is varied and delicious, the smell of the hotel and the room (mint) is so delicious and the cherry on top is the super kind staff who are willing to help at anytime. They even helped me to make this special decoration and offered a gift to my mom on her Birthday day. For sure I would like to come back and big thanks to all the staff.

The location is excellent. Metro Line 1 is just 50 meters away. You can go to Atocha, Chamartin, Sofia, Prado, and Plaza del Sol with just one metro. The surrounding area is very lively, with restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores. The hotel is relatively new, and extra beds will be arranged for a trip of three. The room along the street has a small terrace to view the street view. There was a small problem when we checked in. The information delivered by the agent was wrong, and check-in was delayed for a while. The hotel front desk was very polite and gave us a welcome drink so that we could wait with peace of mind. Fortunately, Ctrip handled it quickly and solved it properly.

Good morning, the sheets in the bed were not clean, many hairs on the sheets. I contacted the reception immediately and they sent the room service to change the sheets. I think this is a very big omission for a 4-star hotel that does not change sheets between one guest and another. I photographed the bedding with hairs. The room service also took a picture of the sheets with hairs before they changed them. I will not return to this hotel nor recommend it.

The hotel was very clean and very beautiful. Unfortunately the terrace was closed as I was there at winter time. The location is also relatively good and central. Why would I certainly book again

In the city center, it's easy to walk anywhere. The furthest walk is half an hour to Retiro Park and less than half an hour to the Grand Palace. The alley has a beautiful and clean environment. The room with a balcony on the top floor is quite large and convenient. You can drink a glass of wine on the balcony and bask in the sun, watch the stars and enjoy the evening breeze. It is recommended to stay here. One thing worth noting is that cars are prohibited from driving in many areas and must be reported in advance.

The hotel is renovated. The interior is very clean. It has 7 floors. The lifts are a bit old-fashioned, but it does not affect the hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is between two metro stations (Gran Via & Seville). There is a bus stop at the door. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the Primark shopping mall. , within 15 minutes of walking to the Bear and Berry Tree and the main square, Plaza Mayor.

One of the best hostel in central Madrid. Everything is so near. Strategic location, very near to Plaza Mayor. All staff are friendly and helpful. The beds and Washrooms are clean too. They also have amazing roof top cafe with stunning views. The basement kitchen is cool. Kudos to The Hat Madrid team. Highly recommended and i will definitely come back for my next summer holidays.
