Easily my favourite hotel at all time Bang for your bucks Really clean hotel Basically close to brand-new The hotel staff are really polite The welcome Drink is really delicious. The public Bath onsen is really relaxing The quality is basically the same as those paid path house outside I will definitely come again Although the location isn’t too close to the main train station, but it’s a close walk for around 15 minutes.

Booked this place for a night, and was pleasantly surprise with the facilities and the hospitality given to us from the moment we checked in till when we left. I love how even just a stay at this place, really made me feel relaxed and somewhat detox from its onsen bath to the breakfast they provided us. We were also given a choice to select 'pillows' each night we were to stay here; and extra amenities for onsen soak as well. On the night of our stay, we were also offered the 'welcome bar'; where we could mix & choose the selections of the alcohol they had set out (but only for a cup). However, the only downside was that there wasn't much to offer when we went there as i think the previous guests had poured most of the alcohol; so when we reached there were only empty bottles and 2 choices left to pick from. It'll be nice if the staff were able to top them up and allow all guests to have an equal choice of selection next time. Nevertheless, I really look forward to staying here again the next time i visit japan.

Great location, lots of great restaurants and stores close by. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. The staff at front desk are very helpful. I wasn’t super into the Japanese breakfast but they did have a good selection which changed most days. The rooms are a decent (for Japan) size. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

I was happy to receive free coffee and bananas. It was reasonably priced, all amenities were provided, and they even provided jinbei (traditional Japanese clothing), so I liked the fact that I could travel empty-handed.

It should have been full during consecutive holidays, but it was very quiet and comfortable. I am very grateful for your perfect response to your request. The food was very delicious and I was impressed by the ingredients and cooking methods I had never eaten. It's very strange that you get very well when you enter this hot spring, and you will repeat it. I am also surprised at the deliciousness of the water you drink after getting out of the thick hot spring. The staff 々 is very nice and a great hospitality inn.

There is no place to stay, and it is very satisfied to respond immediately even if it is a reservation on the day.

Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.

Heshi の Department House を Select The food was very delicious and the room was beautiful The view of the mountain from the room was beautiful, and the view from the corner seat I sat at breakfast was beautiful! I want to use it again.

This hotel is very close to Omiya Station, just a few minutes' walk from the station. The transportation is very convenient. It is also close to the Omiya Railway Museum, just a short walk away. It only takes 20 minutes from Omiya to Kawagoe, so this hotel is very convenient. The hotel facilities are very comfortable MUJI style, original cotton and linen, and a very natural environment. The hotel rooms are relatively large and clean, and the service is very good. We arrived half an hour earlier, and they still let us check in early. There is free tea and coffee at the front desk. Staying here gives you a very comfortable and relaxing feeling. If you have friends going to Saitama or Kawagoe, I recommend staying in this hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed here thinking it was just an ordinary business hotel. It was generally clean, but unfortunately there was hair from the previous guest here and there. The staff were very nice. I didn't go in, but apparently there is a hot spring that switches between men and women depending on the time. They serve free dinner and curry, but don't be fooled by the fact that it's free. It's incredibly delicious. I'll definitely come back!
